Company Introduction 兰州银行前身为兰州城市信用合作社，是由地方财政、企业法人和自然人发起设立的股份制商业银行。1997年5月28日经中国人民银行银发[1997]221号文件批准，原信用社改制更名为兰州城市合作银行；1998年8月10日经中国人民银行银发[1998]94号文件批准更名为兰州市商业银行股份有限公司；2008年5月23日经中国银行业监督管理委员会银监复[2008]195号文件批准更名为兰州银行股份有限公司。兰州国资投资（控股）建设有限公司系兰州市国资委全资子公司，为兰州银行实际控制人。兰州银行目前已在甘肃省内设立管理行11家、分行12家、直属行13家，全行营业网点达到124家，并控股6家村镇银行。
