Company Introduction 2013年7月15日，新疆维吾尔自治区工商局乌鲁木齐经济技术开发区分局核发《企业名称预先核准通知书》，同意预先核准“新疆新能源新风投资开发有限公司”公司名称。2013年8月28日，公司取得新疆维吾尔自治区工商局乌鲁木齐经济技术开发区分局颁发的《企业法人营业执照》（注册号：650000038004606）。2020年8月6日，新疆国资委出具《关于新疆新能源新风投资开发有限公司整体变更设立股份公司的批复》（新国资企改[2020]152号），同意发行人整体变更设立股份有限公司。2020年6月29日，发行人在乌鲁木齐晚报刊登《减资公告》，因股改需要将注册资本由126,639.10万元减少为70,000.00万元，本次注册资本减少对公司的总资产、净资产和负债总额不发生任何变化。2020年9月10日，公司就本次股改事项办理了工商登记，乌鲁木齐经济技术开发区（乌鲁木齐市头屯河区）市场监督管理局向股份公司核发了《营业执照》，公司名称为新疆立新能源股份有限公司，统一社会信用代码为：91650100076066559G。 公司处于电力工业中的发电环节，并专注于利用可再生能源进行发电，包括风能发电和太阳能发电。公司所处行业为国家重点支持和鼓励发展的行业，符合国家“十四五”战略发展规划。 公司自成立以来，始终聚焦主业发展，坚持走专业化道路。经营期间，公司十分注重人才培养并持续投入大量资源，通过不间断的内部轮岗培训、定岗培训等多种形式培养复合型人才和专业岗位人才，不断提高员工综合素质和专业技能。公司核心管理团队成员致力于电力行业多年，熟悉新能源行业业务模式和发展趋势，在项目投资、开发、建设、运营等方面拥有丰富的经验。截止2023年12月31日，公司正式员工199名，平均年龄34岁，其中本科及以上学历占比为72%，经过多年实践已培育出一支年龄结构合理、文化层次高、专业能力强、综合素质好的人才队伍。
