Company Introduction 广州瑞立科密汽车电子股份有限公司成立于2001年，注册资本13513.36万元，位于广州市经济开发区科学城，是专业从事机动车主动安全系统相关核心部件研发、生产和销售的国家高新技术企业，主营业务为机动车主动安全系统和铝合金精密压铸件的研发、生产和销售以及技术服务。公司是国内少数具备汽车制动防抱死系统（ABS）、电子稳定控制系统（ESC）、电子制动控制系统（EBS）、电子驻车制动系统（EPB）、电控空气悬架系统（ECAS）等主动安全系统正向开发能力的企业，核心产品已涵盖气压制动/液压制动、电控制动/线控制动等主流技术路线，广泛应用于商用车、乘用车及摩托车的制动安全等领域。公司经过长期不懈的自主创新，不断突破技术壁垒和市场瓶颈，以高性价比的产品和服务为整车厂商提供一揽子主动安全系统解决方案，已成长为国内商用车主动安全系统龙头企业。 公司被评定为国家级专精特新“小巨人”企业、国家级制造业单项冠军示范企业、国家级高新技术企业、广东省省级企业技术中心、广东省工程技术研究中心、广东省软件企业。2019年，公司作为主要参与单位的“车用高性能制动系统关键技术及产业化”项目荣获国家科学技术进步二等奖；2022年，公司作为主要完成单位的“路谱与载荷谱的商用车快速可靠制动关键技术及部件研发应用”项目荣获全国商业科技进步一等奖、广东省电子信息行业科技进步一等奖；公司已承担国家级火炬计划研发项目1项、国家级863计划研发项目1项及省级研发项目4项，并作为主要参与单位制定了5项国家、行业及团体标准。 经过20余年的技术积累和业务实践，公司已成长为集研发、生产、销售与服务为一体的商用车主动安全系统龙头企业，积累了大量具有战略合作关系的整车厂客户资源。目前，公司主营产品已覆盖一汽解放、中国重汽、东风集团、北汽福田、上汽红岩、陕汽集团、金龙客车、中通客车、中集车辆、奇瑞、吉利、春风动力、钱江摩托等一众国内主流龙头整车企业，并出口欧美等国家和地区，直接参与国际市场竞争。
