Company Introduction 石家庄尚太科技股份有限公司成立于2008年,注册地与总部位于石家庄市无极县,是深交所主板上市公司,是业内领先的新兴锂离子电池负极材料自主研发、一体化生产与销售高新技术企业。公司在山西省晋中市昔阳县设立全资子公司—山西尚太锂电科技有限公司。锂离子电池是目前世界公认的新能源电池主导技术路线,是新能源电动汽车最核心的零部件,也是风光新能源的重要储能设施。负极材料是锂离子电池的一种主要原材料,与正极材料、电解液、隔膜合称为锂离子电池四大原材料。公司目前主要专注于人造石墨负极材料的研发、生产与销售。人造石墨负极材料因其高倍率、长循环、低膨胀等优势,成为当今锂离子电池负极材料市场的主流产品,终端主要应用于数码产品、新能源电动汽车、风光新能源储能等领域。公司成立于2008年,一直专注于石墨粉体材料的研究与生产;2017年,公司由负极材料石墨化加工服务转型为集负极材料自主研发、一体化生产加工、销售于一体的高新技术企业,并设立全资子公司山西尚太锂电科技有限公司;2019年至2022年,公司先后在山西昔阳完成3万吨、5万吨、12万吨产线建设;2022年,公司在石家庄无极完成北苏总部建设,成功在深交所主板挂牌上市;2023年将进行30万吨产线建设。近几年,公司产能和资产规模逐年翻番,突飞猛进,市场份额和营收规模连年高速增长,产销规模位居行业前列,是行业内发展最快的企业之一。目前公司已成为业内少有的、规模领先的以自建石墨化产能为核心的能够涵盖粉碎、造粒、石墨化、炭化、成品加工等全工序全部自主完成、实现一体化生产的锂离子电池负极材料生产企业。公司严苛把控品质关,提升产品性能,降低生产成本,凭借稳定、优异、经济实用的产品提升客户粘性,屡获行业龙头客户青睐。公司目前已与宁德时代、国轩高科、蜂巢能源、瑞浦兰钧、宁德新能源、欣旺达、雄韬股份、万向一二三、远景动力、中兴派能等锂离子电池厂商建立起稳定共赢的关系。2019年,公司荣获宁德时代“年度优秀供应商”称号。2021年,公司荣获宁德时代颁发的“供应优秀奖”,国轩高科“年度钻石供应商”称号。随着能源结构调整,国家“双碳”政策的实施,新能源电动汽车市场和风光新能源储能市场持续高速增长,负极材料市场迎来前所未有的发展机遇。全体尚太人将以“创新高效、团结拼搏、追求卓越、励精图治”为企业精神,以“技术推动社会进步”为企业使命,以“世界一流锂电负极材料企业”为企业愿景,戒骄戒躁,奋发图强,全力以赴将“尚太科技”打造成为世界知名负极材料品牌。为达成公司愿景,实现公司使命,凝聚企业文化,公司将公司治理与企业管控深度融合,始终将社会责任、质量管理和环境管理方针贯穿于生产经营全过程,实现经济效益、社会效益和环境效益相辅相成互相提升,共同推动锂离子电池行业的高质量发展。
