| Company Introduction | 公司的前身为1991年9月20日设立的中外合资企业——唐山裕丰电子有限公司。1998年3月31日，唐山裕丰电子有限公司名称变更为唐山晶源裕丰电子有限公司。2000年1月，晶源裕丰以吸收合并方式合并晶源三益、晶源柯讯和晶源柯利三家企业(该三家企业此时股东及其出资比例均与晶源裕丰相同)。2001年4月2日，港方股东将其20%的股权转让予中方股东唐山晶源电子股份有限公司，5%的股权转让予陈继红女士，晶源裕丰成为内资企业。2001年6月22日，晶源电子将其持有晶源裕丰的18.91%股权转让予毕立新等17名自然人。经股东会一致通过并经河北省人民政府股份制领导小组办公室冀股办(2001)88号文批准，晶源裕丰整体变更设立了唐山晶源裕丰电子股份有限公司，于2001年9月17日领取了营业执照，注册资本为5050万元人民币。 公司的主要业务为集成电路芯片设计与销售，包括智能安全芯片产品、特种集成电路产品和存储器芯片产品，分别由北京同方微电子有限公司、深圳市国微电子有限公司和西安紫光国芯半导体有限公司三个核心子公司承担。石英晶体元器件及蓝宝石衬底材料业务由全资子公司唐山国芯晶源电子有限公司承担。 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
