| Company Introduction | 公司的主营业务为研发、生产、销售自行车零配件（自行车车把、立管、坐垫管、避震前叉、碟刹等），运动器材，康复辅助器材，铝挤型锻造成型（制品），管料成型加工等。公司以销定产，日常经营多采取推广量大且通用的主力产品和接受客户订单的方式安排生产，故生产量与销售量基本相当。公司在中国华南和华北这两个重要自行车产业基地分别设立了深圳信隆和天津信隆，为了应对国际间反复变化的贸易关税政策以及欧洲越来越严苛的反倾销政策在越南设立了越南信友。 公司自行车零配件的主要产品线覆盖低档铁制品和中档铝制品两个主要需求量阶段，运动器材以轮式运动车(如电动滑板车)为主，康复器材以轮椅（手动和电动）为主，且一直以ISO9001 2008版作为执行标准，推广TPS流线化作业管理，与国内外专业培训机构合作，使公司整体技术、管理水准处于行业领先地位。产品远销台湾、欧、美等世界大多数国家、地区和主要消费市场。 在自行车零配件领域，公司拥有50多年来所积累的全球商誉和稳定的客户源，一直是全球最大的自行车零配件生产厂商，公司在中国华南、华北这两个重要自行车产业基地均设有生产基地，在产地及产能上有稳定和规模上的优势。公司拥有冷热锻造工艺、液压管、抽管、热处理、压铸技术、CNC加工，3D锻造，以及高度自动化生产设备及高自制率，确保产品品质与交期稳定。公司以丰富的产品线，提供车把、立管、座管、避震前叉、碟刹等配套产品，多样化的产品组合，完整提供最佳配套服务，公司品牌“ZOOM”的市场品牌影响力强。 在运动器材领域，秉承公司在自行车配件领域积累50多年的研发能力和成熟的生产技术和经验，机械臂自动焊接技术已成功导入多年，其自动化程度达98%以上，且多年推行TPS连线化配套化生产管理，与客户进行ODM合作并可承接大批量的订单生产出货。同时，公司拥有业界首屈一指的实验室，在同行业中有一定技术优势和较强的竞争力，在市场上享有一定的知名度。 在康复器材领域，除完善的轮椅组装线以及制造产能充足以外，公司与全球排名前三大其中两家公司合作，其中与Sunrise合作成功开发完成Unix、Basix、Rubix及Relax等涵盖低、中、高阶的轮椅系列产品，与Invacare 合作成功开发完成英国款高阶轮椅的量产及T93/T94腿靠系列的量产，通过ISO13485医疗体系认证，有完整的品质管控系统，测量仪器齐全且精密度高，在同行业中有一定的技术优势和较强的竞争力。 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
