Company Introduction 广州广电运通金融电子股份有限公司是一家专业从事银行自动柜员机(ATM)等货币自动处理设备及相关系统软件的研发、生产、销售和服务的高新技术企业.公司的主要产品分为银行自动柜员机(ATM)及相关系统软件和地铁、轻轨、铁道等轨道交通票卡处理设备(AFC)及相关系统软件两大类.公司下属全资子公司深圳银通还提供货币自动处理设备维护和ATM营运两类服务.公司主导产品ATM的生产能力和销售规模在国产厂商中均名列第一,2006年国内市场占有率为16.45%,国际市场占有率为1.2%左右.目前,公司已发展成为我国ATM行业经营规模最大、技术实力最强的龙头企业,并成功跻身全球ATM供应商前列。 广电运通始终坚持以客户为中心，聚焦金融科技和城市智能两条主线，布局算法、算力、数据、场景四大人工智能要素协同发展，以科技赋能传统产业升级。同时，以aiCore System 数字底座为核心，以“智能终端+大数据”的路径实现价值闭环，构筑万物互联的数字经济生态。 报告期内，公司围绕“数字引领创新发展，资本助力生态融合，全力推动产业做强做优做大”的年度发展主题，继续深化“产业+资本”双轮驱动，对内加快数字技术研发和管理机制创新，对外加大力度开展产业链投资并购，进一步完善公司产业生态布局，全面推动公司高质量发展。本报告期，公司实现营业收入47.07亿元，同比增长29.45%；实现归属于上市公司股东的净利润4.98亿元，同比增长5.20%；实现归属于上市公司股东的扣除非经常性损益的净利润4.40亿元，同比增长6.73%。
