Company Introduction 桂林三金药业股份有限公司是三金集团的核心企业，是国内较早生产现代中药制剂的厂家之一。1985年以来，桂林三金坚持改革创新，依靠科技进步和科学管理，从一个名不见经传的中药作坊小厂蜕变成为全国知名的现代中药企业，跻身中国中药行业50强前列。企业先后荣获全国企业管理杰出贡献奖、全国思想政治工作优秀企业、全国文明单位、全国中药行业优秀企业、国家技术创新示范企业、全国质量标杆、中国质量奖提名奖等荣誉。 桂林三金作为区内外知名的高新技术企业，建有国家认定的企业技术中心、博士后科研工作站及广西中药产业化工程院等创新平台。多年来，一直致力推进和实施中药产业现代化规划，积极培养、提高企业的自主创新能力。公司的特色中药新药均由企业技术中心主导研制。目前，桂林三金拥有200多个注册品种，拥有桂林西瓜霜、西瓜霜润喉片、三金片、脑脉泰胶囊等自主开发的独家特色品种47种。经过多年努力，桂林三金在咽喉、口腔用药和泌尿系统用药方面已形成较强的专业和市场优势，代表产品三金西瓜霜系列、三金片多年稳居全国同类中成药前列。 公司主要业务为中成药的研发、制造与销售，同时涵盖化学药、生物药、日化健康与大健康等多个细分行业。公司秉承“做中国领先的医药制造集团”的企业愿景，持续推进“以中药制药为核心、为根基的医药产业为主体，以生物制药为重点的生物技术产业与大健康产业为两翼，相关产业为辅”的一体两翼发展战略，经过50多年的发展，公司在咽喉、口腔、泌尿系统中成药用药领域形成了较强优势，连续多年处于中国中药50强、中国医药制造业百强，获评国家知识产权示范企业、中华民族医药优秀品牌企业、首批全国工商联科技创新民营企业、广西壮族自治区链主龙头企业、中华老字号等荣誉。从行业排名情况看，在西普会上重磅发布的“2026中国中成药企业综合竞争力50强”榜单中，公司位列第37位。 公司与下属子公司拥有217个药品批文，其中有47个独家特色产品，69个品规进入国家基本药物目录，119个品规进入国家医保目录，22个产品被认定为第一批广西民族药，拥有有效发明专利87件（其中1件为美国发明专利，4件发明专利获得中国专利优秀奖）。 公司立足口喉健康、泌尿健康两大领域，辐射心脑血管、神经系统、呼吸系统、消化系统等家庭常见疾病的预防、治疗和康复，用户覆盖全人群。目前公司在咽喉、口腔、泌尿系统中成药用药领域已处于行业领先地位。公司主要产品三金片、桂林西瓜霜、西瓜霜润喉片、西瓜霜清咽含片、眩晕宁片/颗粒、蛤蚧定喘胶囊、拉莫三嗪片（安闲）、脑脉泰胶囊、玉叶解毒颗粒、复方田七胃痛胶囊等多次被临床指南、专家共识收录并推荐，为产品更好地服务于临床实践、提升患者获益奠定了良好的基础。
