Company Introduction 长春奥普光电技术股份有限公司（简称“奥普公司”或“奥普光电”）成立于2001年6月，是由中国科学院长春光学精密机械与物理研究所和广东风华高新科技股份有限公司等出资设立的高新技术企业。其前身是始建于1958年的中国科学院长春光机所实验工厂。2010年1月15日，公司首次公开发行A股，在深交所挂牌上市。 公司本部坐落在长春经济技术开发区内的中国科学院长春光电子产业园区内，本部厂区占地面积约17万平方米，注册资本2.4亿元，总资产20.64亿元。 公司从事的主要业务为光电测控仪器设备、新型医疗仪器、光学材料、光栅编码器、高性能碳纤维复合材料制品等产品的研发、生产与销售。公司主导产品为光电经纬仪光机分系统、航空/航天相机光机分系统、新型雷达天线座、精密转台、军民两用医疗检测仪器、光栅编码器、导弹火箭及空间结构件、k9光学玻璃等。 公司目前以军工产品业务为主，从技术实现和产品生产上主导了国内国防光电测控仪器设备的升级和更新换代，在国防光电测控领域处于同行业地位。公司具有完备的军工资质，将进一步加强技术创新和工艺提升，以做优做强为发展目标，坚持走产业化、规模化、市场化的发展道路，争做市场的开拓者，并在此基础上着力搭建以市场为中心的管理理念与运营机制，打造长效的企业品牌效应，突出企业的核心竞争力，实现生产效率和产品效益的双丰收。 近年来，公司先后被授予（评为）国家技术创新示范企业、国家企业技术中心、国家级专精特新“小巨人”企业、国家级知识产权优势企业、吉林省重点实验室、吉林省大企业（集团）双创平台等荣誉。 公司秉承“顾客至上、用心经营、赢取信任、合作共赢、开拓创新、崇尚行动、勇于担当、产业报国”的企业精神，栉风沐雨、砥砺前行，已成为国内相关领域重要的生产制造基地之一。公司多种产品成功应用于载人航天工程等多项重大国家工程项目中，为我国航天事业的发展做出了应有的贡献！ 奥普公司愿与社会各界紧密携手、精诚合作，共同开创美好未来！
