| Company Introduction | 一、发展历程 许昌远东传动轴股份有限公司始建于1953年，1969年被国家机械部认定为传动轴专业制造厂。2004年改制为有限责任公司，2007年整体变更为股份有限公司，2010年5月18日在深交所正式挂牌上市。 二、行业地位 远东传动是国内非等速传动轴研发、生产和销售的企业，是国家高新技术企业，被授予“中国汽车零部件传动轴行业龙头企业”、“中国机械500强—汽车零部件50强”、“汽车零部件百强企业”、“中国中小板上市公司价值五十强”、“河南省省长质量奖”等荣誉。2018年在“强国之基——中国汽车零部件企业”评选中荣获“中国制造功勋奖”。 三、生产能力、品种、市场占有率 远东传动拥有生产和检测设备1200台套，“U型数控化一个流生产线”162条，机器人生产线60条，具备年产600万套非等速传动轴的生产能力。产品涵盖轻型、中型、重型和工程机械四大系列8000多个品种，广泛应用于除轿车之外的所有汽车及工程机械。公路用车：从微客、轻卡到豪华客车和300吨重型卡车。非公路用车：从沙漠运输车、勘探车、装载机、百吨自卸车、挖掘机到震源车、消防车、20T-800T起重机，适用范围之广、品种之多，堪称行业典范。轻卡市场占有率46%，重卡系列产品市场占有率达45%，工程机械系列产品市场占有率高达60%以上，在行业竞争中占据优势。 四、技术、品质 远东传动作为高新技术企业。公司的技术中心是国家认定企业技术中心和河南省汽车传动轴工程技术研究中心，拥有300多项专利技术，其中21项为发明专利。拥有与上海交大潘健生院士共同组建的“河南省汽车零部件智能化热处理技术院士工作站”和“河南省汽车传动轴数字化制造技术研发团队”，相继研发并投产的特装重卡传动轴12.5C和720系列，打破了国外垄断，满足了我国经济建设和国防建设的特殊需求。 五、顾客、市场 远东传动在全国设立了46个营销服务区域和网点，为近百家主机制造商进行配套，并成为其中众多客户的供应商，拥有北汽集团、北方奔驰、陕西重汽、东风柳汽、上汽通用五菱、江淮汽车、大运汽车、安徽华菱、江西江铃、长安汽车、长城汽车、郑州日产、宇通集团、徐州重型、广西柳工、山东临工、三一集团、中联重科、三江航天、泰安航天等一大批知名客户。连续多年被评为全国百佳汽车零部件供应商。 为贯彻“零时间、零距离、零库存”的营销理念，快速响应客户要求，提供全方位优质服务，巩固公司一级供应商的地位，远东传动积极推行“精益生产零距离，汽车基地办分厂”战略，在全国各大主机生产基地分别设立十个全资子公司，为全国95%以上的汽车、工程机械厂配套，产品直接或随整车出口至北美、南美、欧洲、东南亚、中东等地区，被誉为中国汽车零部件行业的杰出代表之一。目前正在加紧建设的一期年产200万套等速驱动轴项目，是远东传动新一轮转型升级的重点项目。项目建成后，将会把公司五十年来仅靠非等速传动系的单一发展模式转变为等速和非等速双轮并进的发展态势，为远东传动未来发展打下坚实的基础。 六、发展战略 近几年，远东传动制定了“市场国际化，产品高端化，管理精益化”的发展战略，继续坚持“创新每一天”的工作主旋律，专注于汽车、工程机械传动轴产品的研发和生产，建立和完善传动轴产品的产业链体系、生产装配基地和市场服务网络。在巩固国内市场龙头地位的基础上，以高品质的产品进军国际市场。并根据市场发展需求，调整产品结构，研究和捕捉智能制造、汽车节能与轻量化、新能源、智能联网等领域的机会，扩大产业布局，为打造百年远东和世界传动轴供应商而不懈努力。 七、众创空间：该众创空间是远东公司联合上海交通大学、郑州大学、河南工业大学等科研院所，聚焦细分汽车传动装置产业领域，以推动科技创新创业服务于实体经济为宗旨的重要创新创业孵化服务平台。 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
