Company Introduction 上海摩恩电气股份有限公司（股票简称：“摩恩电气”，股票代码：002451）成立于1997年，2010年在深圳中小板成功挂牌，是上海市线缆行业A股上市企业。公司注册资金4.392亿元，主要生产基地位于中国（上海）自由贸易试验区临港新片区，占地面积约40万平方米。 摩恩电气历经二十余年的发展，现已成为实力雄厚的专业从事特种电缆研发、制造及销售的股份制上市企业、高新技术企业。 公司拥有全套引进的美国铝合金电缆生产线、德国氧化镁绝缘防火电缆生产线、芬兰麦拉菲尔公司的中高压交联电缆高速生产线和橡胶连续硫化生产线和德国海沃公司的高压局放检测设备、德国西克拉公司的在线测偏仪等生产、检测设备。 公司主营110KV及以下电力电缆和电气装备用电缆、铝合金电缆、矿物绝缘柔性防火电缆、中低压耐火电力电缆、陶瓷化高温耐火电缆、金属柔性护管设备电缆、变频器电缆、屏蔽和耐化学药品功能电缆、编码器电缆、耐油耐腐分相综合护套电缆、耐高温电缆、耐寒电缆等百余个系列、数万种规格，其中变频电缆、矿物绝缘防火电缆等三十余项产品获国家专利。变频器电缆、耐腐分相综合护套电缆被认定为上海市高新技术成果转化项目、上海市重点新产品，并被确认为上海市科学技术成果、上海市专利新产品、上海市火炬计划项目。 公司通过ISO9001质量管理体系认证（注册号：0420Q10239R7M）、ISO14001环境管理体系认证(注册号：0420E102409R4M)、ISO45001职业健康安全管理体系认证(注册号：0420S102419R3M)。 公司不但可按中国标准（GB）生产，同时还可按国际标准（IEC）和国外标准（UL、ANSI、BS、VDE、CSA、JIS）进行生产，也可按用户要求进行产品的设计与制造。公司相关产品通过了UL认证（编号：20161019-E484002）、TUV认证（编号：R50313720）、PCCC认证（编号：15P10660035R1M）、3C认证（编号：2012010105532330）和全国工业产品生产许可证（编号（沪）XK06-001-00097）等。 公司建立了遍及全国的销售服务网络，产品已在我国电力、石油、化工、冶金、建筑、铁路、交通及城市基础设施中广泛使用，并出口欧、美、东南亚、中东及非洲等三十多个国家和地区。 摩恩公司将坚守“求特、求精、做强、做大”的企业理念，致力成为备受员工热爱、备受社会尊敬的全球领先的特种电缆解决方案服务商。
