| Company Introduction | 宝鼎科技股份有限公司（股票代码：002552）是一家主要从事各类大型铸锻件产品研发、生产和销售的高新技术企业，成立于1989年，是国内同行业中第一家在深交所上市的民营企业。 公司坐落于浙江省杭州市郊塘栖镇工业园区内，总占地面积约160000平方米，下设机械、水压机、锻造、机加工、铸造五个分厂，年生产能力达10万吨，主要为客户提供各类钢种的大型铸锻件、吊钩总成及成套设备。产品作为装备制造业所必须的关键核心部件，广泛用于船舶、海洋工程、电力、工程机械和军工等行业。至今，公司产品基本覆盖全国各地，部分产品出口至德国、挪威、法国、芬兰、加拿大、新加坡等国际市场。通过不断的技术研发和设备改造，公司产品质量稳定、可靠性高，在船舶及海洋装备领域确立了优势地位，并受到国内外广大用户的一致好评。 公司拥有先进的大型铸锻件生产设备10台套，其中：31,500KN水压机一台、40MN及20,000KN油压机各一台、8t及3t电液锤各一台、10t模锻锤一台、5t电弧炉一台、3t中频电炉3台；公司拥有长2米至11米台车式热处理电炉和深5米至13米井式热处理电炉共16台；公司还拥有重型、精密机械加工设备八十多台套，机加工、精加工及装配能力居于国内同行业领先水平。其中，镗铣数控加工中心13台，由意大利进口的数控镗铣中心PAMA4000加工范围达长19米，高度7米，载重100吨，加工精度<0.007mm；大小磨床5台，其中最大数控外圆磨加工直径达2米，长度16米，磨削承重60吨；各式立车及立式车削中心15台，其中最大车削直径8米，加工高度5米，载重150吨；数控卧式车削车床15台，其中最大加工直径2.5米，长度16米，载重80吨；深孔钻镗床2台，钻孔直径达φ150mm，镗孔直径达φ1,000mm，长度达16米；另外，还有8台重要辅助设备，最大行车起重能力达100吨。 公司建有省级技术研发中心，并配备可完成化学分析、力学、无损检测、金相、热处理和计量等理化实验室，配置了进口直读光谱仪、移动式光谱仪、氮氢氧分析仪、材料试验机、超声波、磁粉探伤仪、金相显微镜、三坐标检测仪等各类先进的检测仪器。公司通过自主研发和产学研合作，成功开发了多项高新技术产品，并有多项发明专利和实用新型专利获得国家知识产权局授权。 公司建立了完善的管理体系，通过了IS09001：2015质量管理体系认证、GJB9001C：2017武器装备质量管理体系认证、ISO14001:2015环境管理体系认证、ISO45001：2018职业健康安全管理体系认证、ISO10012-2013测量管理体系认证。公司是《起重吊钩》国家新标准的修订单位之一，获得了国家起重运输机械质量监督检验中心的吊钩及吊钩组产品质量认可证书。公司还是国家军工铸锻件产品的定点生产企业。此外，公司几年来先后获得了中国（CCS）、美国（ABS）、英国（LR）、法国（BV）、德国（GL）、挪威（DNV）、意大利（RINA）俄罗斯（RS）、日本（NK）、韩国（KR)等全球十大权威船级社的工厂认证。 公司立足主业，通过资本运作，逐步推进产业布局向绿色环保、低碳节能、新能源、新材料等国家重点支持的新兴产业领域进军。 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
