| Company Introduction | 公司是一家集油田技术服务的技术研发、方案设计、服务提供及油田化学助剂的研发、生产为一体的高新技术企业。报告期内，公司的主要业务为油田环保治理、井下作业技术服务、光伏工程、管具检维修服务、石化产品的生产与销售、新材料的研发、生产与销售等。报告期内公司的主要业务未发生重大变化。 （一）新材料业务 子公司仁智新材料从事材料改性生产业务近二十年，为国家高新技术企业，业务涵盖辐照交联光缆料、辐照交联布电线料等改性材料、高端工程改性材料、高性能管道功能母料等改性高分子材料的研究、生产及销售，年产能3万吨以上，在国内形成全域覆盖的销售网络和渠道。产品主要应用于家装、可移动穿戴设备、新能源汽车、塑料管道等多个领域。 市场方面，新材料专注为根据客户所需提供产品和技术服务，以提供差异化服务的优势占据市场，主要模式为“以销定产”。由于改性塑料产品应用广泛、性能多样化，不同客户对其外观、性能等方面侧重不同，直销模式下公司可及时了解客户需求，快速为客户提供定制化新产品服务；公司直接客户一般为下游终端产品制造商或其上游的加工厂商。新材料子公司始终秉承“客户至上”的经营理念，致力于依照客户需求提供高质量的产品与服务。经过在新材料领域多年持续研发与经营管理，公司建立了完善的产品品质管理体系和流程，获得了ISO9001质量管理体系认证，树立了良好的品牌形象。 （二）工程及技术服务 1、油田环保业务 公司主要从事油气田废水处理、渣泥预处理及池体清理、泥浆不落地技术服务、废弃物资源化利用、清洁化生产项目技术咨询服务、环保隐患治理、噪音治理等环保业务。公司从事环保业务近二十年，有很强的技术沉淀，也积累了丰富的现场施工经验，各项环保手续及运营资质皆齐全。 2、井下作业业务 公司井下作业相关业务有四大板块，即钻井工程技术服务、井下技术服务、增产技术服务、井下工具及完井技术服务，具体包括钻井技术服务、钻井液技术服务、连续油管技术、修井技术、试油（气）技术、气井提高采收率技术、油井提高采收率技术、酸化压裂技术、套管完井技术、祼眼完井技术以及特色工具产品。 3、管具检维修业务 公司新疆项目部从事钻具、工具检维修及现场探伤业务十余年，业务涵盖钻修井管具、工具检测探伤、钻具耐磨带敷焊、管、工具螺纹修复加工、钻具校直、高压管汇现场探伤等业务。业务主要为钻修井及完井提供技术服务，为管具、工具服役提供安全保障。 4、光伏工程业务 光伏工程业务主要包括设计、设备材料采购、土建施工、设备安装和系统调试等流程和管理统一完成，同时具有设计、施工总承包资质、运维资质等，需要设计、采购、施工总承包管理。 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
