| Company Introduction | 公司主要从事塑料管道业务，太阳能业务规模目前正在稳步提升。 公司主要从事塑料管道产品的研发、生产和销售，是建筑工程与城乡管网建设的综合配套服务商。主要生产聚氯乙烯（PVC）、聚乙烯（PE）、无规共聚聚丙烯（PP-R）等几大系列，共计7,000余种不同规格、品种的管材、管件及阀门。公司管道产品主要应用于市政管网、工业管网、建筑工程、消防保护、电力通讯、全屋家装、农业养殖、燃气管网等八大领域。 经过多年的销售实践，公司建立起了以渠道经销为主，房地产配送、直接承揽工程、自营出口为辅的销售模式。公司一直遵循让利经销商的销售理念，充分保障经销商的利益，与经销商结成持久而稳定的利益联盟，共同成长，从而实现双赢。目前，公司已构建了一张涵盖省地级中心城市，并辐射下属县城、乡镇的庞大经销网络。 公司内销产品主要采用以销定产与合理备货相结合的生产模式，外销产品采取以销定产的生产模式。由于内销的主要产品系列均存在成熟的市场，且用途、规格基本稳定，公司根据多年的经验对各常用品种规格设立了合理的库存储备量。公司设立了专门的外贸生产基地，为适应出口市场各国产品的不同标准和消费者的个性化需求，公司针对出口产品全部实行订单式生产。 公司采用集中采购的模式，以直接向厂家或其设立的销售公司采购为主的方式，以降低中间环节的采购风险和采购成本，并构建了逐层授权、逐步审批、层层风险监管的内部管控方式，降低各部门采购成本，提高采购效率。 公司控股子公司公元新能主要从事太阳能光伏组件和新能源领域节能环保产品的研发、生产及销售，其中太阳能光伏组件主要包括太阳能光伏组件、光伏发电系统、光伏建筑一体化等；新能源领域节能环保产品主要包括太阳能灯具、低压灯具、新能源储能等应用产品。公元新能产品主要应用于光伏发电、庭院美化、智能家居、道路交通、户外野营、移动储能等场景。 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
