Company Introduction 公司所生产的风机从应用领域来看主要包括空调风机、建筑通风机两大类。 1.中央空调风机业务。公司中央空调风机产品主要生产流程均由自身完成，少部分非核心工序由外协加工完成，公司目前建设有台州、江苏、广东、天津等风机生产基地。在内销方面，中央空调风机、中央空调其他配件绝大部分采用直销方式，产品直接销售给下游大中型中央空调生产企业。在外销方面，中央空调风机及中央空调其他配件采用直销与经销结合的方式。目前公司在美国、印度、韩国、土耳其、马来西亚、澳大利亚等国家及地区都拥有经销合作伙伴。 2.建筑通风机业务。公司建筑通风机下游客户主要为工程安装公司、市政项目采购管理部门等，生产主要依托台州生产基地。考虑到下游情况的特殊性，公司的建筑通风机采用经销为主、直销为辅的销售方式。 （二）其他业务 1.汽车零部件业务。铁城信息和三进科技是公司从事汽车零部件业务的主体。其中，铁城信息主要从事OBC产品研发设计及生产，所生产的车载充电机具备智能化、抗震性、防水性、高低温控制、抗干扰的特点。经过十余年制造技术及工艺的积累，铁城信息已形成成熟的标准件软硬件平台，产品直接供应整车厂。目前已与上汽通用五菱、东风乘用车、东风柳汽、江西江铃、重庆瑞驰、华晨鑫源等客户建立了紧密的业务合作关系；三进科技主要涉足铝合金压铸、重力、低压铸造以及机械加工领域，为汽车、机电、电讯等行业提供所需的高品质铝合金铸件，先后成为麦格纳、潍柴等客户的一级零部件供应商。 2.新材料业务。青岛海洋主要从事轻质功能材料、阻尼吸声材料、绝热耐温材料、深海功能材料、特种涂层材料、新型聚脲聚氨酯材料等高分子功能新材料的研发、生产及销售，主要服务于船舶海洋工程、轨道交通、石油石化、水利电力、市政环境等诸多行业，与新兴铸管、安钢永通等客户建立了紧密的业务合作关系。此外，公司还通过上海朗炫开展不良资产服务商等业务。
