Company Introduction 公司是专业从事动物保健品生产、销售、研发及服务的高新技术企业，是兽用金霉素行业的龙头企业。现有业务包括动物保健品业务、环保污水处理及玉米加工业务，产品种类涵盖兽用化药、兽用疫苗、动物营养品、玉米淀粉及工业污水处理服务。金河生物公司的企业愿景是成为规模领先的动保公司，为全球客户提供优质产品和服务。为实现这一目标，公司在兽用化药、兽用疫苗及宠物用药等领域积极布局新品种，开拓新赛道。 近年来，在国家兽药管理政策的支持、引导下，国内兽药企业发生明显变化，一是通过新版兽药GMP制度实施，生产管理、设施装备、质量控制能力显著提升；二是政府加强兽药行业监管工作，打击假劣兽药力度不断加大，积极营造良好兽药市场秩序；三是部分具有实力、有发展战略眼光的头部企业更加重视科技创新，通过设立研发部门，积极实施科技人才培养、引进计划，加大研发资金投入和产学研结合力度，重点开展新产品、新工艺、新技术、高质量产品的技术创新工作，有效提高了产品质量和市场占有率。 据最新统计，截止2023年2月底，通过新版兽药GMP企业1380家（即具备兽药生产资质的企业）。其中，化药和中药企业1208家，生物制品（部分企业兼产化药和中药）企业172家。与2021年相比，现阶段兽药企业共减少199家，其中化药企业减少234家，生物制品企业增加35家。另外，国际动保企业看好中国市场，一方面加大兽药新产品、新剂型、宠物药和诊断试剂注册力度，使更多产品进入国内市场，另一方面在国内建立生产基地和研发实验室，提高外资企业产品在国内市场的占有率，国内兽药企业既有发展机遇，也有竞争压力。 公司化药金霉素业务在行业中占据优势地位，随着这一轮猪周期的结束，及养殖规模化和集约化的进一步加强，金霉素未来市场空间将会逐步增加，公司在金霉素行业的龙头地位会得到进一步巩固和加强。公司兽用疫苗业务在行业中地位逐步上升，增长势头迅猛，随着未来几年新产品逐步投放市场，公司疫苗板块有望进入兽用疫苗行业的前沿。 公司积极关注宠物用药领域，目前已有部分产品上市销售，下一步将择机扩大产品种类与范围，开辟新的业务板块。
