| Company Introduction | 公司2023年上半年主营业务为汽车发动机进排气门系列产品的研发、生产与销售。气门主要用于启动和关闭发动机工作过程中的进气道和排气道，控制燃料混合气或空气的进入以及废气的排出，长期在高压、高温、腐蚀环境中频繁的往复运动，承受强烈的冲击和剧烈的摩擦，气门质量的好坏直接影响到汽车的扭矩、油耗、寿命等重要工作性能，是影响发动机可靠性、安全性的关键零部件之一，被形象地称为“汽车的心脏瓣膜”。气门广泛应用于汽车、摩托车、农业机械、工程建筑机械、船舶、铁道内燃机、石油钻机和内燃机发电机组等领域。 公司产品市场主要分为国内主机配套市场和出口市场，目前已与康明斯、卡特彼勒、潍柴、锡柴、玉柴、中国一汽等国内外著名整车及主机制造厂商提供了产品配套服务。出口产品覆盖欧、美、日车系大部分机型，远销美国、意大利、英国、巴西、阿根廷、墨西哥、土耳其等国家和地区。此外公司在美国设立全资子公司HuaijiEngineValveUSA,Inc.，以自有品牌在美国市场销售。 2021年3月，公司收购北京黄龙，进入黄金矿采选等相关领域。北京黄龙的全资子公司汉阴黄龙主要从事黄金矿的采选和非标黄金的销售业务，产品销售对象主要为下游的冶炼企业，通过委托加工模式生产合质金，将砂金委托至冶炼厂进行加工生产，产品为合质金。 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
