Company Introduction 公司锂电新能源业务已建成涵盖采矿、选矿、碳酸锂加工三大业务在内的新能源产业链，以自有矿山的锂瓷石为主要原料，经采、选、冶一体化流程生产电池级碳酸锂。作为锂离子电池材料的原材料，电池级碳酸锂广泛应用于三元、磷酸铁锂、钴酸锂、锰酸锂等多种锂离子电池正极材料及电解质材料，并最终应用于新能源汽车、储能、3C等领域。公司锂电新能源业务凭借采选冶全产业链一体化联动优势、不断创新的技术优势和经验丰富的内部管理优势，以过硬的产品品质和优质的客户服务获得下游企业广泛认可。目前，公司已与多家锂离子电池正极材料、电池以及整车龙头企业形成长期稳定合作关系，保持云母提锂行业领先地位。 2023年上半年度，在国内经济面临不少困难和挑战，加之世界经济波动下行，外部环境复杂严峻的背景下，公司秉承“稳字当头，稳中求进”经营理念，深入践行“锂电新能源+特钢新材料”双主业发展战略，充分发挥企业优势及核心竞争力，保持生产经营稳定。报告期内，公司实现营业收入665,557.58万元，同比增长3.76%；归属于上市公司股东净利润190,368.77万元，同比下降15.89%，扣除非经常性损益后净利润190,368.30万元，同比下降12.80%。 锂电新能源业务受国内新能源车市需求增速放缓、下游产业链消化库存等不利因素影响，碳酸锂价格出现大幅波动，公司充分发挥产能提升产量，并积极应对市场行情变化，及时调整销售策略提升销量，保持产销两旺。报告期内，公司实现碳酸锂销量12,842吨，同比增长74.01%；实现营业收入304,679.05万元，同比增长0.85%；归属于上市公司股东净利润170,269.05万元，同比下降19.00%。 公司特钢新材料业务瞄准国家大力发展火电、核电、光伏产业等政策方向，调整产品结构、优化棒线材产品比例，强化企业发展韧性，盈利能力提升明显，实现增量增收。报告期内，公司不锈钢产品销量155,423.51吨，同比增长6.14%，实现营业收入360,878.53万元，同比增长6.36%，归属于上市公司股东净利润20,099.72万元，同比增长24.56%。
