Company Introduction 发行人系由湖南泰嘉新材料技术有限公司整体变更设立。原泰嘉有限全体股东以其持有的泰嘉有限经审计的2007年10月31日净资产120,613,985.47元，按1.206：1比例折为10,000万股发起人股份，发起设立湖南泰嘉新材料科技股份有限公司。 2008年1月18日，湖南省工商行政管理局颁发了注册号为430100400000977的《企业法人营业执照》，注册资本10,000万元。 公司是从事双金属带锯条及其相关产品的研发、生产和销售的高新技术企业。公司的产品主要包括"泰钜"、"嘉钜"、"AA"、"飞钜"、"立钜"等多种规格、型号的高速钢带锯条、硬质合金带锯条，以及双金属复合钢带。 公司是国内为数不多的掌握硬质合金带锯条生产工艺并实现量产的企业。公司开发的"分齿型高低齿硬质合金带锯条"被科技部、商务部、国家环保总局和国家质量监督局联合认定为国家重点新产品，也是中国航天中国运载火箭技术研究院认可的硬质合金带锯条合格供应商（2011年1月1日至2016年12月31日）。公司拥有省级企业技术中心与市级工程技术研究中心，承担了多项湖南省及长沙市重点科技计划项目。公司"难锯切材料高效加工用硬质合金带锯条产业化项目"被评为2015年度国家火炬计划项目。公司系我国金属切割双金属带锯条国家标准的起草单位。截至本招股意向书签署日，公司共拥有34项专利技术，其中12项为发明专利。 2015年，公司具备年产1,358.78万米双金属带锯条的生产能力，2015年度，双金属带锯条销量达到957.50万米。公司"BICHAMP"于2010年获得湖南省国际知名品牌。"AA"商标于2011年11月被认定为"中国驰名商标"。2016年公司获得工信部授予的"2015年全国工业品牌培育示范企业"称号。
