Company Introduction 本公司自成立以来，专业致力于为城市燃气行业提供智能计量终端及燃气管理系统平台的研发、生产和销售，经过多年的发展，已经成为国内领先的城市燃气行业智能燃气表和系统平台供应商之一，在超声波计量技术、燃气物联网应用技术和阶梯气价解决方案应用等领域处于行业领先水平。 公司研发能力较强，技术实力突出，拥有8项发明专利、24项实用新型专利、25项软件著作权，被浙江省科技厅、财政厅、国家税务局和地方税务局联合认定为高新技术企业，是省级高新技术研究开发中心，同时也是浙江省地方税务局、国家税务局、经济和信息化委员会、财政厅和海关联合认定的浙江省企业技术中心。本公司燃气智能计量仪表工程实验室被浙江省发改委认定为省级工程实验室（工程研究中心），威星“燃气云”企业研究院被浙江省政府认定为省级重点企业研究院。本公司积极参与国家标准及行业标准的制订工作，如膜式燃气表、IC卡燃气流量计等国家标准和行业标准，为本行业的发展作出了贡献。 公司主要产品包括IC卡智能燃气表及其智能装置、远传燃气表（包括有线远传燃气表、无线远传燃气表和物联网远传燃气表）、电子式燃气表（包括超声波表和音频表）以及相应的软件、数据服务和结算系统，品种覆盖齐全，其中超声波燃气表被浙江省科技厅登记为浙江省科学技术成果。本公司质量控制已达到国内先进水平，通过了ISO 9001:2008质量管理体系认证。 公司产品获得了港华燃气、华润燃气、昆仑燃气和中国燃气等主要燃气集团的认可，广泛应用于广州、深圳、杭州、济南、苏州、佛山、常州等数百个城市燃气运营商，并出口至俄罗斯等国家，建立了良好的信誉和品牌形象。 公司前身系原浙江威星仪表系统集成有限公司（以下简称烕星有限公司），威星有限公司系由杭州海兴电器有限公司、浙江威星电子系统软件有限公司和自然人马善炳共同出资组建，于2005年8月29日在杭州市工商行政管理局高新区(滨江)分局登记注册，取得注册号为330108000022958的企业法人营业执照。烕星有限公司成立时注册资本2,000万元。威星有限公司以2009年7月31日为基准日，整体变更为股份有限公司，于2009年10月22日在杭州市工商行政管理局登记注册，总部位于浙江省杭州市。公司现持有统一社会信用代码为913301007792565355营业执照，注册资本6,500万元，股份总数6,500万股（每股面值1元）。
