Company Introduction 公司前身为长沙电缆附件有限公司，成立于1997年12月23日。2011年11月29日，长缆有限召开股东会，同意长缆有限整体变更设立为股份有限公司。根据天健所湖南分所出具的《审计报告》（天健湘审[2011]604号），长缆有限以2011年9 月30日经审计账面净资产285,038,472.43 元为基础， 折合为公司股份60,206,372股，剩余部分计入资本公积。2011年12月19日，公司取得了长沙市工商行政管理局核发的《企业法人营业执照》（注册号430193000005341）。 公司系专业从事电力电缆附件及配套产品的研发、生产、销售及服务的高新技术企业，拥有50 多年电缆附件生产经验，具备500kV 及以下各电压等级交直流全规格超高压、高压及中低压电缆附件及配套产品的生产能力。作为国内电缆附件行业的骨干企业，公司拥有完整的产品线，主要产品包括超高压电缆附件、高压电缆附件、中低压电缆附件等。公司产品已广泛应用于包括北京、上海、深圳等地电网改造工程在内的特大型、大型城市输配电网改造，包括秦山、大亚湾、岭澳核电站二期等在内的核电工程项目建设，包括北京、上海、广州等在内的主要城市轨道交通项目建设，包括武广高铁、沪昆高铁等在内的干线高铁项目建设以及北京奥运会场馆电力建设、广州亚运会场馆电力建设、三峡工程、厦门柔性直流输电科技示范工程等国家重点工程建设，是电力、轨道交通、高铁等基础设施建设领域电力线路中必不可少的关键产品。
