Company Introduction 本公司前身为成立于1993年2月26日的佛山市燃气管理公司，系经佛山市人民政府办公室1992年9月13日《关于小区集中供气试点方案的批复》（佛府办复[1992]112号）同意成立的全民所有制企业。1999年7月23日，佛山市燃气管理公司更名为佛山市燃气总公司。2004年5月28日，佛山市燃气总公司改制为佛山市燃气集团有限公司。2004年11月3日，佛山市燃气集团有限公司经股权转让后，变更为中外合资企业。2008年6月20日，佛山市燃气集团有限公司整体变更为佛山市燃气集团股份有限公司。公司主营业务为：天然气的销售及输配、燃气工程设计、施工。燃气工程设计、施工主要为管道天然气提供配套和支持。
