Company Introduction 本公司由华林有限整体变更设立，华林有限的前身为江门证券（有限）公司。1992年10月，江门证券公司领取了核发的《企业法人营业执照》，注册资本为1,000万元，企业性质为全民所有制。1996年11月，中国人民银行批准江门证券公司与中国人民银行脱钩改制并增资扩股，同时更名为“江门证券有限责任公司”。1997年6月，江门证券领取了核发的《企业法人营业执照》，注册资本增至5,600万元。2003年2月，中国证监会核准江门证券有限责任公司增资扩股并更名为“华林证券有限责任公司”。2003年4月，华林有限领取了核发的《企业法人营业执照》，注册资本为80,700万元。2014年9月，注册资本由80,700万元增加至106,000万元。2015年1月，注册资本由106,000万元增加至126,000万元。2015年8月公司注册资本由126,000万元增加至208,000万元。2016年3月，华林有限整体变更为股份有限公司，华林有限以2015年12月31日经审计后的公司净资产为基数折股整体变更为本公司，注册资本为243,000万元。2016年3月，本公司领取了核发的《企业法人营业执照》并在中国证监会西藏监管局履行了备案程序。 公司主要通过总部以及下属营业部从事经纪业务、投资银行、信用业务、资产管理以及自营业务等，通过全资子公司华林创新、华林资本从事直接投资业务等。经中国证监会批准，公司目前主要业务包括：证券经纪；证券投资咨询；与证券交易、证券投资有关的财务顾问；证券承销与保荐；证券自营；证券投资基金代销；证券资产管理；代销金融产品；融资融券业务。
