Company Introduction 恒铭达有限由昆山包材、荆世平、荆天平、夏琛、荆京平、荆江、齐军、杨丽和邵镇共同出资组建，注册资本人民币1,000万元，恒铭达有限于2011年7月27日完成工商登记程序。2017年1月24日，恒铭达有限召开股东会审议通过同意以经审计的截至2016年10月31日的净资产145,143,146.45元为基础，按照1.81:1的比例折股8,000万元，整体变更为股份有限公司，其余净资产65,143,146.45元计入资本公积。同日，恒铭达有限的全体股东签署了《苏州恒铭达电子科技股份有限公司发起人协议》。 2017年2月10日，大信会计师事务所（特殊普通合伙）对恒铭达有限整体变更设立股份公司的股本实收情况进行了审验，并出具了“大信验字[2017]第3-00005号”《苏州恒铭达电子科技股份有限公司（筹）验资报告》。 公司主营业务为消费电子功能性器件、消费电子防护产品、消费电子外盒保护膜的设计、研发、生产与销售，产品已广泛应用于手机、平板电脑、笔记本电脑、智能穿戴设备等消费电子产品及其组件。 公司是一家专业为消费电子产品提供高附加值精密功能性器件、防护产品、外盒保护膜的科技企业，凭借长期积累的技术研发优势、丰富的生产经验、创新的生产工艺、高精密与高品质的产品及快速响应能力，能够参与终端品牌客户产品的研发环节，为客户提供消费电子功能性器件、消费电子防护产品、消费电子外盒保护膜的设计研发、材料选型、产品试制和测试、批量生产、及时配送、后续跟踪服务等一体化综合解决方案。 公司为国家高新技术企业，拥有10项发明专利，43项实用新型专利及4项计算机软件著作权。公司具有自主研发与自主改进设备、自主研发自动化控制系统、OEE生产管理系统及研发项目管理系统、快速响应客户需求的能力。通过不断改进生产设备，优化精密模具设计，创新工艺流程，公司实现了原材料复合、模切、转贴、排废等多种工艺流程的一体化作业，有效提高了设备的生产效率、原材料的利用率及产品良率，降低了生产成本，提高了产品品质与市场竞争力。 公司拥有大量优质的客户资源，直接客户主要为消费电子产品终端品牌商上游产业链的制造服务商、组件生产商，包括富士康、和硕、广达、仁宝、立讯精密、淳华、嘉联益、莫仕、信维通信、瑞声科技、歌尔股份、安费诺等，产品最终应用于苹果、华为、小米、谷歌等知名消费电子产品终端品牌商。公司与上述知名消费电子产品终端品牌商、制造服务商及组件生产商建立了良好的合作关系。
