Company Introduction 2012年6月11日，经荆州市工商行政管理局批准，公司前身湖北五方光电科技有限公司成立，法定代表人为周红，注册号为421000000124512，注册地址为荆州城南开发区九阳大道，经营范围为光电子元器件生产销售。五方有限设立时注册资本1,000万元，首期出资由周红以货币实缴800万元。2012年5月25日，湖北五环会计师事务有限公司出具“鄂五环验字[2012]045号”《验资报告》对本次出资予以验证。 2017年8月15日，天健会计师事务所（特殊普通合伙）深圳分所出具了“天健深审[2017]1001号”《审计报告》，截至2017年7月31日，五方有限的净资产为137,355,261.36元。各股东同意以审计后的净资产为基础，按1.0901:1的比例折为126,000,000股，每股面值人民币1元，超出股本部分的11,355,261.36元计入资本公积。2017年9月1日，公司在荆州市工商行政管理局办理了工商变更登记手续,并取得了统一社会信用代码为91421000597171477D的《营业执照》。 公司的经营范围为光电子元器件生产销售；自营、代理进出口业务（国家限制的商品和技术除外）。公司的主营业务为精密光电薄膜元器件的研发、生产和销售。精密光电薄膜元器件包括红外截止滤光片（IRCF)、生物识别滤光片等。报告期内，公司的主要产品为红外截止滤光片，2018年下|半年，公司实现生物识别滤光片的小批量生产、销售，目前己具备批量供货能力。
