世纪80年代，改革开放的春风吹遍了巴山蜀水，成都彩虹集团，乘风而起，应运而生。 30多年来，成都彩虹集团从一个濒临破产的小企业，发展为我国家用柔性电热取暖器具和家庭卫生杀虫产品行业主导企业！公司年销售额8亿3千万元，年利税1亿8千万元。主导产品电热毯实现销售700多万床，电热蚊香片年产销量2000万盒、液体蚊香2500万瓶；成为全国卫生杀虫产品行业骨干企业！彩虹电热毯、电热蚊香片，先后荣获了“中国名牌”、“中国驰名商标”。彩虹电热毯连续两届蝉联“中国名牌产品”称号。多年来，我们始终坚持一个使命：为顾客提供温暖、健康、舒适的家用产品，创造优质新生活；秉承“员工和企业共同发展，实现经济效益和社会效益协调统一”的价值观，实现 “塑造百年品牌，打造百年老店”的愿景。公司坚持以人为本，建立了劳资相互信赖的劳动关系。2011年，在“全国构建和谐劳动关系先进表彰暨经验交流会”上，公司董事长刘荣富同志，就和谐劳动关系的经验作了典型发言，受到了习近平和党中央国务院领导的亲切接见，获得了“全国模范和谐劳动关系优秀企业”称号。公司还荣获了全国“五一劳动奖状”、“质量、环境管理体系认证企业”、“全国质量管理先进单位”、“全国实施卓越绩效先进企业”、“四川省首届政府质量管理奖”、“全国用户满意企业”；当选为“中国家用电器协会副理事长”、“中国日用杂品协会副理事长”、“中国家电协会电热毯专业委员会主任委员”，“担任中国家用电器标准化委员会委员”、“中国家电标委会电热毯分技术委员会秘书长”，负责组织电热毯国家和行业标准的起草和修订。公司董事长刘荣富同志先后荣获了“全国劳动模范”、“全国五一劳动奖章”，并当选第八、九、十、十一届四川省人大代表，2012年当选中共“十八大”代表。彩虹集团常怀感恩之心，回馈社会，多次为社会公益事业做出积极贡献，累计捐款捐物1000多万元，并荣获“全国助残先进集体”称号。2012年9月，在成都慈善总会成立了“彩虹专项基金”，用于开展公益事业和慈善救助活动。我们的发展得到了党和国家领导人的关怀和肯定。1996年，胡锦涛同志视察彩虹集团，高度评价了我们以小商品占领大市场，全心全意依靠职工办企业的成功经验。 2012年，温家宝同志视察彩虹集团，对公司深化改革、探索企业体制创新和技术创新的实践，给予了高度评价。 2014年7月，四川省委书记王东明同志到彩虹集团调研，高度赞扬了彩虹人自强不息、艰苦奋斗的精神。面对顾客、员工、社会、供方和合作伙伴，以及股东的期望，彩虹人更加坚定了身上的责任与使命。我们将锐意进取、励精图治，以优质的产品和服务，满足并超越顾客的需求，把彩虹集团打造成面向全国，走向世界的知名企业和品牌。
