Company Introduction 湖北回天新材料股份有限公司是一家胶粘剂行业的企业,公司主要从事胶粘剂和化学品的研发、生产和销售,产品涵盖了高性能有机硅胶、丙烯酸酯胶、厌氧胶、环氧树脂胶、聚氨酯胶等五大类、四十个系列、三百多种工程胶粘剂产品.公司已通过ISO9001:2000质量管理体系认证;ISO/TS16949:2002汽车相关产品质量认证;ISO14001:2004环境管理体系认证;中国船级社认证和美国UL认证,是中国汽车制造业、工程、建筑、电子用胶粘剂最大供应商之一.公司先后获得国家火炬计划重点高新技术企业中国优秀民营高科技企业中国最具竞争力高新技术企业100强中国胶粘剂市场产品质量用户满意第一品牌中国驰名商标等多项荣誉.公司经过近20年的发展,已经成为国内工程胶粘剂行业规模最大的内资企业、国家认定的"高新技术企业",公司注册的"回天"牌商标为"中国驰名商标",获得人民日报社"中国胶粘剂市场产品质量用户满意第一品牌"等荣誉.公司先后研制开发出多项科研成果,其中汽车用聚氨酯系列胶粘剂等二项被列为湖北省科技攻关计划项目,厌氧性密封剂等三个系列产品被列入"国家级火炬计划项目",HTC-1耐高温无机胶被列入"国家级重点新产品计划".近年来,发行人已获得1项国家发明专利、20项外观设计专利,并已获受理18项国家发明专利申请,其中12项专利已经进入实质审查阶段.发行人于2003年9月通过ISO9001:2000质量管理体系认证;于2006年12月通过了ISO14001:2004环境管理体系认证;于2007年1月通过由国际汽车推动小组(IATF)制订的ISO/TS16949:2002汽车相关产品质量认证;于2007年6月通过了限制电子电气设备中有害物质的ROHS认证以及多项应用领域专用国际标准认证。
