Company Introduction 湖北鼎龙控股股份有限公司（以下简称“鼎龙控股”）创立于2000年，2010年创业板上市(股票代码：300054)，是一家从事集成电路设计、半导体工艺制程材料、半导体先进封装材料、半导体显示材料、打印复印通用耗材等研发、生产及服务的国家高新技术企业、国家技术创新示范企业、国家知识产权示范企业、工信部制造业单项冠军示范企业。总部位于武汉市经济技术开发区，旗下拥有湖北鼎汇微电子材料有限公司、武汉柔显科技股份有限公司、武汉鼎泽新材料技术有限公司、武汉鼎英新材料科技有限公司、武汉鼎龙光电材料有限公司、湖北芯屏科技有限公司、鼎龙（潜江）光电半导体材料产业园、鼎龙（仙桃）光电半导体材料产业园、珠海华达瑞科技产业园、珠海名图科技有限公司、珠海超俊科技有限公司、珠海鼎龙新材料有限公司、杭州旗捷科技有限公司、宁波佛来斯通新材料有限公司、北海绩迅电子科技有限公司等20多家全资及参控股子公司，已发展成为湖北省、长三角、珠三角等三地区产研布局的企业集团，总股本近10亿元，总资产超50亿元。 鼎龙控股坚持“对标国际高端、聚焦材料创新、打造世界一流”的技术发展战略，依托国家企业技术中心、博士后科研工作站、湖北省工程技术研究中心以及多年积淀形成的七大技术平台，以及包括享受国务院津贴专家、40余名海内外博士、200余名硕士在内的近500名创新人才团队，在国际高端细分领域相继开发出集成电路CMP用抛光垫、抛光液、清洗液、金刚石修整盘、纳料研磨粒子，柔性OLED用聚酰亚胺(PI)浆料、OLED用光刻胶(PSPI)、OLED用封装墨水(INK)、OLED用光阻材料(OC)，彩色聚合碳粉、Asic/Soc芯片、磁性载体、充电辊/显影辊、胶件、硒鼓、墨盒等100多种高新技术产品，产品远销全球发达国家、金砖国家及新兴市场。湖北鼎龙控股有限公司及旗下所有子公司拥有686项国内外专利，60余项IC布图设计及软件著作权，牵头或参与制订了多项国家行业标准，先后承担了国家863计划及国家02专项等国家重大科技项目，并荣获国家信息产业重大技术发明奖和湖北省技术发明一等奖等。公司通过了ISO9001、ISO14001、OHSAS18001、IP等管理体系国.际认证，产品通过了Reach、RoHS、NWS等国际认证。自主掌握了产业链上游关键材料及部件的核心制备技术及与国际同步的应用评价实验室为研发提供支撑，为客户实现产品定制化服务，具备多年与全球500强企业合作的能力，为全球高技术跨国公司做供应链配套和服务。 未来，鼎龙控股将持续以价值延伸和客户服务为核心，立足国内、面向全球，重点聚焦光电成像显示及半导体工艺材料领域，将鼎龙控股打造成国际国内领先的关键大赛道上核心“卡脖子”材料创新的平台型公司。并依托技术积淀和科技创新深入拓展光电半导体领域其他新材料，做关键材料技术的突破者及公平自由竞争的参与者，整合行业优势资源，坚持“创新与资本并重、质量与安全并重、技术与市场并重、规模与效益并重、制度与人文并重、发展与共享并重”，实现与员工、顾客、股东、社会、自然的和谐发展。
