| Company Introduction | 公司前身为成立于1994年9月21日的杭州世界城·宋城置业有限公司，1999年2月24日，宋城置业更名为杭州宋城集团有限公司。经浙江省人民政府企业上市工作领导小组《关于同意变更设立杭州宋城旅游发展股份有限公司的批复》（浙上市[2000]69号）批准，宋城有限于2000年12月2日召开股东会并做出决议，将宋城有限整体变更为杭州宋城旅游发展股份有限公司。该变更设立按照宋城有限截至2000年11月30日经上海立信长江会计师事务所有限公司审计（“信长会师报字（2000）第20359号”《审计报告》）的净资产6,000万元，以1:1的折股比例，折合成总股本6,000万股（每股面值1元）。2000年12月28日，宋城股份在杭州市工商行政管理局完成了工商登记手续，并领取了《企业法人营业执照》，注册号为3301002004635。 宋城演艺主要从事文化演艺和泛娱乐业务。经过多年的发展，公司已经形成了现场演艺、互联网演艺和旅游休闲三大板块。其中，现场演艺业务主要为千古情系列演出和主题公园集群，包括《宋城千古情》、《三亚千古情》、《丽江千古情》、《九寨千古情》等，其收入主要来源于演出门票收入；互联网演艺主要是六间房从事的互联网演艺业务，六间房是一个基于平民艺人和粉丝关系的互联网演艺平台，六间房主要从事平台的运营业务，其收入主要来自于虚拟物品的销售收入；旅游休闲服务业务主要是指宋城旅游承载的管理输出、品牌输出、创意输出的轻资产运营模式以及网络销售平台，形成自主投资运营和景区托管运营并重、直销和分销渠道并举的格局，发挥专业优势扩大公司品牌影响力和销售渠道。 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
