Company Introduction 南方中金环境股份有限公司是一家研发并规模化生产不锈钢冲压焊接离心泵的企业,产品广泛应用在净水处理、楼宇供水、工业清洗、空调水循环、深井提水、中低压锅炉给水、制药及食品等领域.公司主要产品为不锈钢冲压焊接离心泵,其中CDL系列立式多级离心泵和CHL系列卧式多级离心泵是公司的主导产品,该产品2005年5月被浙江省科技厅认定为浙江省高新技术产品,CHL系列产品2006年被列入"国家火炬计划项目",CDL42产品2007年被列入"国家火炬计划项目",CDL系列和CHL系列2006年被国家质量监督检验检疫总局评为国家免检产品,同年被浙江省质量技术监督局评为浙江名牌产品.CDL85产品被国家科技部列入"2010年度国家重点新产品计划".本公司是全国泵标准化技术委员会轻型多级离心泵标准工作组的秘书处挂靠单位,2005年被认定为省级中小企业技术中心,2007年被认定为省级企业技术中心.目前公司已获得与泵有关的专利47项,其中发明专利3项,2005年被授予浙江省专利示范企业.公司在2004年起被认定为浙江省高新技术企业、浙江省技术创新优秀企业,2006年起被认定为国家火炬计划重点高新技术企业.2008年《高新技术企业认定管理办法》实施后,公司首批被再次认定为浙江省高新技术企业.本公司拥有国内领先水平的加工和检测设备,建造了标准化生产车间和达到国家标准1级精度的标准测试台;2007年作为国内泵行业首家引进了具有世界先进水平的全自动机器人激光焊机.2006年承担了浙江省第一批重大科技专项重点项目之一"海水淡化高压泵的研究与开发"(与日产500吨海水淡化装置配套)并于2009年顺利完成,2009年开始承担了国家科技支撑计划项目"日产10万吨级膜法海水淡化国产化关键技术开发与示范"中的"海水淡化高压泵开发"课题。
