Company Introduction 青岛东软载波科技股份有限公司成立于1993年6月，2011年2月在创业板上市（股票代码：300183），现已形成以智能制造为基础，集成电路设计为源头，新能源和数智化两翼齐飞的产业布局。目前，公司拥有9家子公司、3家分公司，在全国28个省份设有办事处。 东软载波自1996年起开始电力线载波通信技术研发，打破海外技术垄断，引领行业技术发展。公司先后推出7代载波通信芯片，成功研发PLC+微功率无线双模融合通信方案。迄今为止，东软载波的电力线通信芯片已在沙特、乌兹别克斯坦等中亚、东南亚、非洲和南美地区大面积推广应用，深度融入“一带一路”。 集成电路板块针对全球智能制造业转型客户和IOT产业客户需求打造完善的MARS芯片产品架构。经过多年潜心研发，在众多关键技术领域取得突破，芯片广泛用于工业控制，仪器仪表，白色家电，消费电子等领域，打破了国外公司在相关领域的垄断地位。同时，依托集成电路领域积累的技术优势，不断加大面向物联网领域芯片的研发，构建全面满足物联网需求的芯片产品组合，实现了对控制、连接、安全、感知等核心技术全覆盖。截止目前，芯片累计出货量达20亿颗。 新能源板块聚焦能源互联网领域，打造综合能源业务全面解决方案。针对用电信息采集、能效管理、新能源及综合能源等领域的应用需求，基于公司自主研发的综合能源管理云平台及成熟的高速双模通信技术，打造灵活高效的用电信息采集2.0系统、AMI海外集抄系统及完善的能效管理产品体系架构，为国内外客户提供综合能源及源、网、荷、储解决方案，致力于成为集高效供能、安全用能、低碳节能、绿色智能于一体的能源科技标杆企业，助力国家实现2060碳中和目标。 数智化板块率先实现了电力线载波通信技术在智能化领域的应用，从芯开始，融合蓝牙、WiFi、RF、5G等多种通信方式，运用云计算、大数据、物联网、人工智能、区块链、数字孪生等技术，搭建智慧综合管理平台，构建数智化全面赋能的智慧建筑、智慧园区、智慧校园、智慧医院、智慧社区，重点打造智能照明、智能空调、能源管理、楼宇自控等数智化应用场景，助力实现绿色低碳、安全高效、舒适便捷的管理目标。 智能制造板块按照工业4.0标准打造智能制造生产线，全面支持各类高精尖电子产品制造。同时，公司自主研发MES生产管理执行系统，有效衔接企业上层CRM、ERP、PLM等信息化系统与底层控制设备，实现产品生产全过程管控，打造高效便捷的智慧工厂。 东软载波的发展战略是以集成电路设计为基础，开展以融合通信为平台的技术研发；布局“芯片、软件（模组）、终端、系统、信息服务”产业链，聚焦新能源、数智化这两个战略新兴领域，打造国际一流企业。
