Company Introduction 公司成立于2003年，注册资本4.98亿元，是专业从事电气成套设备研发、设计、生产、销售的国家高新技术企业。公司2015年2月17日在深交所创业板成功上市，证券简称为“昇辉科技”，证券代码为“300423”。 2018年初，公司成功并购昇辉控股有限公司，业务整合已全面完成，涵盖智能电气成套设备、LED照明、智慧社区、公共安防四大业务板块，是集研发、设计、生产、销售、施工为一体的综合解决方案提供商。 公司始终坚持“以质量求生存，以效益求发展”的经营理念，大力推广现代化的管理模式，从产品设计、材料采购、生产工序、售后服务等全过程实施企业资源计划（ERP）管理体系，产品质量严格按照质量管理体系执行。公司努力为员工打造一个环保、健康、安全、和谐的工作环境。通过与知名企业、高等院校开展技术合作，不断提高技术开发和科技创新能力，确保公司产品处于行业领先地位。 公司被认定为山东省企业技术中心，目前拥有国家专利130多项，其中发明专利12项；公司主持参与制定行业标准5项；公司5个系列产品通过省级科技成果鉴定，其中2个系列产品列入省级科技发展计划，1个系列产品列入国家火炬计划。公司为中石油一级物资甲级供应商、中石化物资供应商，同时也是ABB和施耐德等行业巨头的战略合作伙伴。公司产品被认定为“山东省名牌产品”，公司商标被认定为“山东省著名商标”。公司产品畅销全国27个省市及全球18个国家和地区，广泛应用于石油、石化、电力、冶金、轨道交通、公共及民用建筑、节能环保等领域，已成功为“西气东输”、“西电东送”、“南水北调”、青岛上合峰会等重大项目提供优质产品和技术服务。 公司先后被认定为“高新技术企业”、“国家知识产权优势企业”、“上市公司中国百强企业”、“山东省高端品牌培育企业”、“省创新型企业”、“省重合同守信用企业”、“省专精特新中小企业”、“省文明诚信民营企业”、“省级文明单位”、“中国专利山东明星企业”、“山东300强企业”、“烟台百强企业”、荣获“烟台市市长质量奖”等荣誉称号。
