Company Introduction 公司系原上海移为通信技术有限公司整体变更设立的股份有限公司。移为有限成立于2009年6月11日，由廖荣华、彭嵬、钱鹏鹤和张栋共4位自然人共同出资设立，注册资本为人民币100万元。2014年9月9日，移为有限全体股东签订《发起人协议》，约定移为有限以截至2014年3月31日的净资产61,697,460.98元为基数，按1.0283：1的折股比例折合为股份公司股本6,000万股，每股1元，折股溢价1,697,460.98元计入资本公积，2014年10月20日，公司在上海市工商行政管理局依法办理工商注册登记，取得注册号为310112000897418的《营业执照》，公司注册资本为6,000万元。 公司是业界领先的无线物联网设备和解决方案提供商，当前主营业务为物联网终端设备研发、销售业务。公司无线物联网设备集成了卫星定位系统、传感器系统、电源管理系统、控制系统、通信系统、处理系统等硬件。同时，公司在提供硬件解决方案的基础上，在产业价值链上进一步拓展，利用核心的软件设计能力，结合多年行业实践积累，提供基础软件服务及开发工具，使用户得以更便捷地进行数据传输与信息管理，有效增强了用户粘性。公司产品主要面向中高端市场，覆盖了NB-IoT、Cat-M、4GLTECat.1、4GLTECat.4、4GLTECat.6、Wifi6等各类型无线通信制式，以蜂窝物联网技术与射频识别技术（RFID，RadioFrequencyIdentification）为核心，以万物互联为目标，为全球140多个国家和地区的客户提供标准化和定制化的物联网产品和服务。
