Company Introduction 公司前身为1997年成立的宜兴市鹏鹞环境工程承包有限公司，主要从事环保设备生产及工程施工，是由江苏鹏鹞环保集团有限公司、宋家武、王洪春、黄政新、蒋云飞共同出资设立的，注册资本人民币1,280万元，江苏鹏鹞环保集团有限公司出资人民币680万元，出资比例为53.125%。1998年5月经股东会决议，公司名称变更为江苏鹏鹞环境工程承包有限公司。2013年1月，经公司董事会及股东大会决议，公司整体变更设立为股份公司，并更名为鹏鹞环保股份有限公司。 公司具有住建部颁发的环境工程（水污染防治工程）专项甲级设计资质，江苏省住建厅颁发的环保工程专业承包一级、机电设备安装工程专业承包二级等专业资质，是环保行业少数同时具备上述资质的企业之一。 公司为江苏省科技厅认定的高新技术企业，先后承担了3项国家级星火项目及多项省级星火、火炬项目。多年来，公司不断开发新型环保技术装备，先后有12项工艺、设备通过省部级科技鉴定，6个系列产品被科技部评为国家级新产品，4项技术列入江苏省高新技术产品。公司还参与起草了《生物接触氧化成套装置—中国环境保护产品认定技术条件（HCRJ010-1999)》、《CASS法活性污泥处理系统关键设备及设备成套化》等多项行业技术标准，并与江苏省环境科学研究院联合起草《污水混凝与絮凝处理工程技术规范》、《污水气浮处理工程技术规范》及《污水过滤处理工程技术规范》三项国家环境保护标准。 在国家深化推进“循环经济”、“节能减排”的基础上，环保行业日益受到中央和地方高度重视。“十三五规划”将绿色理念作为未来5年发展主基调，将生态文明建设融入经济、政治、文化、社会建设各方面和全过程。公司具备完整的产业链、领先的环保技术、齐备的行业资质、良好的品牌认知等优势，在上述良好的发展背景和国家政策的大力支持下，未来发展空间广阔。
