Company Introduction 公司系中科有限整体变更设立的股份有限公司。2013年3月1日，中科有限召开股东会，决议以2012年11月30日为改制基准日整体变更为股份有限公司。2013年3月11日，中科院出具《关于同意中科院成都信息技术有限公司整体变更为股份有限公司的批复》（科发函字2013]73号），同意中科有限整体变更方案。 2013年4月2日，中科有限全体股东作为发起人签署了《发起人协议书》，约定将中科有限整体变更设立为股份有限公司，股份总额为7500万股。同日，公司召开创立大会暨第一次股东大会，审议并通过了包括《关于中科有限变更为中科信息筹建工作的报告》在内的多个议案。 2013年4月2日，信永中和对整体变更后的股份公司注册资本实收情况进行了审验，并出具了《验资报告》（XYZH/2012CDA1035-1号）。2013年4月18日，公司取得成都市工商行政管理局核发的《企业法人营业执照》（注册号510109000076756）。
Main Business 以智能识别及分析技术为核心，面向智慧政务、智能制造、智慧城市、智慧健康四大业务板块，为现场会议领域、烟草领域、印钞检测领域、油气领域、政府及其他领域的行业客户提供信息化解决方案（包括软件及硬件）及相关服务。
