Company Introduction 1993年7月2日，无锡市郊区对外贸易经济合作局出具“锡郊经贸（93）139号”《中外合资、合作经营企业立项审批表》，同意蠡湖实业和泰国信和合资项目立项。1994年4月7日，江苏省人民政府向蠡湖有限核发“外经贸苏府资字（1994）18932号”《中华人民共和国外商投资企业批准证书》。1994年4月11日，中华人民共和国国家工商行政管理局向蠡湖有限核发了“工商企合苏锡字第02817号”《企业法人营业执照》，成立无锡蠡湖叶轮制造有限公司。股份公司系由无锡蠡湖叶轮制造有限公司变更设立。2014年6月4日，蠡湖有限召开股东会，审议并同意由蠡湖有限全体股东作为发起人，以蠡湖有限截至2014年3月31日经审计的净资产32,378.04万元为基数，按1:0.3988的比例折为股份公司股本12,910.8635万元，每股面值1.00元，整体变更为无锡蠡湖增压技术股份有限公司，并在无锡市工商行政管理局注册登记，取得统一社会信用代码为913202006079522354的营业执照。自成立以来，公司始终专注涡轮增压器零部件的研发、生产与销售，公司已经掌握模具设计开发、产品铸造、机加工、检测等各个生产环节的核心技术，具备较强的产品研发和制造能力，能够满足下游客户的同步开发要求；公司拥有发明专利58项、实用新型专利74项，为高新技术企业、国家火炬计划重点高新技术企业、江苏省科技型中小企业；公司设立的工程技术中心被江苏省科学技术厅认定为“江苏省涡轮增压器壳体工程技术中心”和“江苏省企业技术中心”；公司开发的转盘式重力浇注汽车涡轮增压器压气机壳项目，获“国家火炬计划产业化示范项目”证书。近年来，公司研发能力、生产管理、质量控制、及时交付能力等得到客户的广泛认可，公司获得霍尼韦尔授予的“全球供应商大会准时交付金奖”、三菱重工授予的“优秀供应商”、博格华纳授予的“最佳质量奖”等荣誉证书，并与霍尼韦尔、三菱重工、石川岛播磨、博格华纳、博世马勒等著名跨国涡轮增压器制造商建立了长期稳定的合作关系，产品配套的发动机被广泛应用于宝马、奥迪、大众、通用、丰田、本田、福特等全球主流汽车品牌。
