威海光威复合材料股份有限公司（股票代码：300699），隶属于威海光威集团，是专业从事高性能碳纤维及复合材料研发生产的高新技术企业。公司下辖威海拓展纤维有限公司、通用新材料板块、威海光威复合材料科技有限公司、威海光威能源新材料有限公司、威海光威精密机械有限公司、威海光晟航天航空科技有限公司、光威北京研发中心等单位，可为客户提供“原丝-碳纤维-织物-树脂-预浸料-复合材料制品-装备制造-检测分析-技术设计”的一体化全产业链服务。 21世纪初，为解决国外对碳纤维“技术、产品、装备”三封锁、核心技术受制于人的被动局面，光威复材毅然从传统渔具行业向高科技新材料行业转型，于2002年成立威海拓展纤维有限公司，在创始人陈光威先生的带领下走上了“脱富致贫、回头无岸”的碳纤维研发路，用小渔竿的微薄之力，在无技术、无装备的困境下，实现中国碳纤维的“从无到有”，打破国外封锁，改变了世界碳纤维格局，成为国防军工碳纤维主力供应商。公司产品主要包括GQ3522（T300级）、GQ4522（T700级） QZ5526（T800级）、QZ6026（T1000级）、QZ6526（T1100级）、QM4035（M40J级）、 QM4050（M55J级）、QM3560（M65J级）和QM5535（M40X级）等各型碳纤维及复合材料。产品广泛应用于航空航天、武器装备、风电叶片、光伏热场、高压储氢、体育休闲、建筑补强等领域。公司科研实力雄厚，拥有碳纤维制备及工程化国家工程实验室、国家企业技术中心和山东省碳纤维技术创新中心等科研平台，并作为国家碳纤维标准的制定者，主持起草《聚丙烯腈基碳纤维》《碳纤维预浸料》两项国家标准，《碳纤维生产用高温碳化炉技术条件》《高模量碳纤维生产用石墨化炉技术条件》两项行业标准，参与制定《碳纤维测试标准》等国家标准。授权专利663项，荣获国家技术发明二等奖、国家专精特新小巨人企业、中国质量奖提名奖、全国质量标杆企业等荣誉奖项。面对国内行业蓬勃发展和全球激烈竞争的态势，光威复材以“跳出院墙、围着院墙转”为指导方针，坚持实业报国，坚守主业发展，全面加快技术创新和市场投入。公司实行“621”发展战略，即布局碳纤维、通用新材料（预浸料）、能源新材料（碳梁等拉挤产品）、航空先进复合材料、航天先进复合材料、精密装备（碳纤维生产设备及工装模具）6个业务板块，在国家工程实验室和国家企业技术中心2个“产学研用”科研平台引擎的带动下，形成一条具有竞争力的全产业链，确立在国家先进复合材料领域的主导地位，引领产业高质量发展。
