Company Introduction 公司自成立以来专业从事新型建筑防水材料的研发、生产与销售，主要产品为新型建筑防水材料。主要应用于高铁、地铁、隧道、人防、地下管廊、机场、核电、水利、粮库等公共设施与基础设施建设工程和工业民用建筑，公司主营业务自成立以来未发生重大变化。公司主要产品包括高分子卷材、沥青基卷材、聚氨酯涂料、聚合物水泥涂料和高分子自粘胶带等。公司高级管理人员及技术人员具有丰富的行业经验、技术积累和较强的自主研发能力。公司成功研发了在地下工程具有广泛应用前景的MBP 高分子自粘胶膜防水卷材和MPU 白色聚氨酯防水涂料等创新性产品，同时在传统自粘沥青基防水卷材领域不断进行技术优化，形成了较为完整的产品体系。公司产品已通过铁路认证、交通认证、中核集团认证、中国建材认证、中国环境标志产品认证以及欧盟CE 认证等多项认证。公司首倡“融合防水”理念，依托完整的产品系列和认证资格，有效覆盖国内外各类建筑的防水需求，产品应用领域从工业民用建筑快速扩展到铁路、核电站等公共设施和其它基础设施建设，并已成功打入国际市场，远销美国、英国、挪威、澳大利亚、巴基斯坦、新加坡、以色列等多个国家和地区。公司秉承绿色产品、绿色生产、绿色工厂和绿色施工的绿色经营理念，以高效节能和健康环保的方式生产绿色安全的建筑材料。公司生产场所集合了清洁燃料、净化尾气和高效动力等特点，成为行业绿色节能生产的典范。2012 年，公司荣获江苏省住房和城乡建设厅科技发展中心和江苏省建筑节能协会授予的“江苏省建筑节能技术产业化基地（建筑防水类）”称号，公司的“MBP 高分子自粘胶膜预铺/湿铺防水卷材技术”荣获中国建筑节能协会授予的2012 年度“建筑节能之星”称号。公司以产品研发、生产为中心，拥有先进的质量管理体系和产品销售模式，形成了较强的技术创新能力和品牌影响力。报告期内，公司荣获“国家级高新技术企业” 等多项国家及省部级奖项和荣誉称号。公司也是国家标准《聚氨酯防水涂料 （GB/T 19250-2013）》负责起草单位之一。
