Company Introduction 公司前身为成立于1996年6月的华宝有限。1996年6月5日，华宝烟草签署《外资企业华宝食用香精香料（上海）有限公司章程》，注册资本100万美元。1996年6月19日和6月27日，华宝有限分别取得《台港澳侨投资企业批准证书》（外经贸沪嘉定独资字[1996]386号）和《企业法人营业执照》（注册号：企独沪总字第022522号）。2016年8月3日，公司发起人华烽中国、香悦科技签署《华宝香精股份有限公司发起人协议》，一致同意发起设立华宝香精股份有限公司，以截至2016年4月30日经普华永道会计师事务所审计的华宝有限净资产1,569,725,203元为基数，整体折合为发起设立时的股本50,000万元，其余净资产计入资本公积。各发起人以其持有的华宝有限权益所对应的净资产出资，变更前后股权比例保持不变。普华永道会计师事务所出具了普华永道中天验字（2016）第1162号《验资报告》。2016年8月31日和2016年9月12日，华宝香精分别取得了变更后的《营业执照》（91310000607355000X）和《台港澳侨投资企业批准证书》（商外资沪（嘉）合资字[1996]0386号）。 公司自1996年成立以来，一直以“绿色、营养、健康”为使命从事香精的研发、生产和销售，在研发创新、技术专利、产品服务、营销网络以及客户资源方面取得了领先优势，成长为中国香精行业的领先企业，树立起良好的品牌形象。公司旗下拥有“华宝”、“孔雀”、“奕方”、“华芳”、“天宏”、“喜登”、“澳华达”、“琥珀”等一系列知名品牌，在市场占据重要地位。 公司拥有核心一体化的产业链，在广东及非洲博茨瓦纳等地拥有上游原材料的提取中心，在广东、江西、福建及香港等地设有生产基地，在德国霍尔茨明登、新加坡等设有海外研发中心，并于上海拥有一所国家级企业技术中心，另在广东、云南、福建等地设有研发分支机构。
