Company Introduction 2012年4月19日，公司前身南京越博汽车电子有限公司设立，注册资本100万元，其中李占江认缴出资额68.50万元、高超认缴出资额10万元、相铁武认缴出资额10万元、任钢认缴出资额10万元、孟涛认缴出资额1.50万元。2012年4月19日，越博有限在南京市工商行政管理局建邺分局完成设立登记，领取了注册号为320105000153161的《企业法人营业执照》。2015年8月21日经发行人创立大会暨首届股东大会全体发起人一致同意，根据致同会计师事务所出具的“致同审字（2015）第320ZA0055号”《审计报告》，以整体变更方式发起设立南京越博动力系统股份有限公司。2015年9月16日，发行人在南京市工商行政管理局完成工商变更登记手续，领取了注册号为320105000153161号《营业执照》，注册资本为5,100万元。 公司专业从事新能源汽车动力总成系统的研发、生产和销售，为整车制造厂商提供整体动力系统解决方案。公司目前主要产品为纯电动汽车动力总成系统，包括整车控制系统、驱动电机系统、自动变速系统，主要运用于纯电动客车领域、纯电动物流车等专用车领域。公司与多家国内知名新能源汽车整车制造商建立了良好合作关系，包括东风特汽、一汽、长安客车、金旅客车、陕汽宝华、聊城中通、大运汽车、申龙客车、南京金龙、唐骏汽车等，并获得了东风特汽、长安客车、唐骏汽车、南京金龙等整车制造商的A级供应商、优秀供应商或战略供应商等荣誉。
