Company Introduction 公司前身乾坤时代成立于2005年1月6日，系由有道创投、孙陶然、雷军共同以货币资金出资设立，注册资本为100万元。2005年1月6日，乾坤时代领取了由北京市工商行政管理局海淀分局颁发的《企业法人营业执照》。经2015年8月5日拉卡拉有限股东会决议和2015年8月28日拉卡拉创立大会决议批准，由拉卡拉有限原股东作为发起人，以经立信会计师事务所（特殊普通合伙）审计的拉卡拉有限截至2015年6月30日资产账面价值1,524,131,729.74元折合成实收股本360,000,000股，整体变更设立股份公司。2015年12月2日，拉卡拉取得北京市工商局核发的变更后的《营业执照》。 拉卡拉是国内知名的第三方支付公司，专注于为实体小微企业提供收单服务和为个人用户提供个人支付服务，此外拉卡拉还以积累的丰富第三方支付运营经验，向客户提供第三方支付增值服务。拉卡拉成立之初专注于便民支付服务，为解决银行排队难问题，拉卡拉在全国便利店布放了十余万台拉卡拉自助终端，为广大个人用户提供信用卡还款、公用事业缴费、转账等民生类日常支付服务，是国内最大的线下便民支付服务商之一。拉卡拉的主要产品是为实体小微企业提供收单服务及为个人用户提供支付服务。拉卡拉秉承普惠、科技、创新、综合的理念，建立了以用户为导向、以支付为核心的共生生态系统。拉卡拉的具体业务内容包括：商户收单、个人支付（线下便民支付、移动支付）及增值金融类业务等，2016年第四季度，增值金融业务已剥离。
