Company Introduction 公司系由利安有限整体变更设立的股份有限公司。2006年3月2日，李振荣（韩国籍）和宋靓（中国籍）共同制定《宁波利安电子有限公司章程》，设立合资公司，投资总额70万美元，注册资本50万美元。2006年3月6日，奉化市对外贸易经济合作局出具《关于同意成立外商合资宁波利安电子有限公司的批复》（奉外资[2006]15号），同意成立利安有限。2006年3月6日，宁波市人民政府核发《外商投资企业批准证书》（商外资甬资字[2006]0053号），批准李振荣和宋靓合作设立利安有限。2006年3月9日，宁波市工商行政管理局向利安有限核发了注册号为企合浙甬总副字第009806（1/1）号的《企业法人营业执照》。2019年3月16日，利安有限召开股东会，决定将有限公司整体变更为股份有限公司，利安有限的全体股东为股份有限公司的发起人；决定以2019年2月28日为整体变更的评估、审计基准日，同意委托中汇会计师对利安有限进行审计，同意委托天源评估对利安有限进行整体评估。2019年5月31日，利安科技在宁波市市场监督管理局办理完成变更登记手续，取得《营业执照》（统一社会信用代码：913302837843330998）。 公司主要从事注塑产品以及精密注塑模具的研发、生产和销售，是集产品工业设计、精密模具设计、制造、注塑、喷涂以及组装等于一体的专业精密制造企业。公司依托在注塑产品及精密注塑模具设计、加工、装配、检测等方面积累的技术和经验，已发展成为规模化的“模塑一体化”生产企业。 公司主营业务由注塑产品和精密注塑模具构成，主要产品广泛应用于消费电子、玩具日用品、汽车配件和医疗器械等领域，同时，公司正向积极高分子注塑材料镜头模组等领域开拓市场中。现公司客户主要为国内外知名企业及上市公司，例如罗技集团、海康集团、Spin Master、物产中大集团、普瑞均胜、敏实集团、微策生物、艾康生物等。
