Company Introduction 公司系由潘建军、姚宗宪、俞广庆、程奕俊于2010年共同出资设立。认缴注册资本2,000万元，实缴500万元，法定代表人潘建军。2010年6月1日，潘建军、姚宗宪、俞广庆程奕俊签署《发起人协议》，约定各发起人以发起方式设立浙江米奥兰特商务会展股份有限公司。2011年8月19日，公司召开股东大会，决议同意增加实收资本500万元；增加经营范围：货物进出口（法律、行政法规禁止的项目除外，行政法规限制的项目取得许可证后方经营）。2011年9月1日，浙江天平会计师事务所出具浙天验（2011）140号《验资报告》，审验确认上述出资已足额缴纳。2013年1月8日，公司召开股东大会，决议同意将公司住所由“杭州市经济技术开发区白杨街道科园路2号1幢第5层01-06”变更为“杭州市经济技术开发区白杨街道6号大街452号3幢912”。2013年1月15日，杭州市工商行政杭州市工商行政管理局核准换发《企业法人营执照》。 公司专业从事会展项目的策划发起、组织承办推广及运营服务。打造 以 自主品牌、运营的 会展为载体， 引领中国小企业开拓“一带路”市场 的会展服务平台 。按照承办会展的业务类型，公司的会展业务可以分为境外自办展、境内自办展以及境外代理展，目前的核心业务为“一带路” 境外自办展，“米奥兰特国际会展”旗下的Homelife及Machinex系列展已发展成为具有较高行业知名度和国际影响力的海外展会品牌。公司自设立以来到报告期末已在波兰、土耳其、巴西、南非、约旦、哈萨克斯坦、埃及、阿联酋、印度、墨西哥、伊朗、尼日利亚、肯尼亚等十三个国家累计举办64场境外自办展。
