Company Introduction 公司前身左江科技有限于2007年8月22日由3名自然人股东王莱渝、张德沛和何朝晖出资设立，注册资本200万元。左江科技有限于2007年8月22日在北京市工商行政管理局海淀分局办理了工商注册登记，并领取了《企业法人营业执照》。 2016年5月8日，公司召开创立大会暨第一次股东大会，审议通过了《关于整体变更设立股份公司的议案》等议案。左江科技有限全体股东张军、何朝晖、张漪楠、何培修、左江未来、深圳丰茂、潍坊大地和张巍作为发起人，设立北京左江科技股份有限公司，并以经立信审计的左江科技有限截至2016年3月31日的净资产值77,886,788.73元为基准，按照1:0.654796543的比例折合为左江科技股份总额5,100万股，每股面值1元，共计股本5,100.00万元，大于股本部分26,886,788.73元计入资本公积。发起人按照各自在左江科技有限的持股比例持有左江科技相应数额的股份。左江科技于2016年5月20日在北京市工商行政管理局海淀分局领取了统一社会信用代码为91110108666269874J的《营业执照》。 左江科技于2007年8月成立，公司成立来专注于国家网络信息安全领域相关技术的研发与应用，主要从事国家网络信息安全应用相关的软硬件平台、板卡和芯片的设计、开发、生产与销售。左江科技是国家高新技术企业、中关村高新技术企业、中关村科技园2015、2016、2017和2018年度“瞪羚企业”"。公司网络信息安全产品主要面向国家单位进行销售。公司是国家网络信息安全装备的供应商与研制单位。 公司的技术和产品在所处专业领域形成技术突破，在安全性、大容量、自动化等方面实现了国内先进水平。公司提供的网络安全设备稳定可靠，并能为客户提供系统化的保障服务，能够充分满足客户各种类型的需求。同时，公司在集成电路和芯片国产化领域有所涉猎和积累，陆续研制成功多款数字、模拟和数模混合芯片。
