公司是一家专业从事固废污染防治技术研发并应用于污染防治系统构建和运营业务的高新技术企业。公司践行绿色低碳的理念，以生态型填埋技术体系为核心，通过污染隔离系统、生态环境修复、可再生资源利用及填埋场综合运营的全产业链业务新模式，实现对土壤、地下水和空气的有效保护。公司自2001年开始从事固废污染隔离系统业务，是国内最早从事固废污染隔离系统业务的企业之一。依托污染隔离系统业务领域的竞争优势，公司成功拓展了生态环境修复、可再生资源利用、填埋场综合运营等业务领域，实现了固废填埋场“隔离、修复、资源利用、运营”等全产业链覆盖，形成了围绕固废填埋场的综合服务能力，广泛应用于市政公用、能源化工、矿产资源等行业。公司在固废污染防治业务领域拥有丰富的项目经验，公司已积累了500余个项目业绩，相关项目服务于包括全国各直辖市、绝大部分省会和计划单列市的100余座城市，是国内固废污染隔离系统领域标杆企业之一。2020年2月，在抗击新型冠状病毒疫情的关键时期，公司参与了武汉火神山医院HDPE膜供应及深圳市第三人民医院应急院区（深圳版“小汤山医院”）污染隔离系统工程建设。公共突发卫生事件应急项目工期极为紧张、质量标准要求极高，公司基于丰富的项目经验和区域化布局优势，在接到项目任务后迅速响应，高质量完成工作，为抗疫做出了贡献。公司在固废污染防治业务领域拥有显著的技术优势，掌握多项核心技术并取得良好的应用效果，其中：（1）公司掌握了以基底防渗隔离系统、柔性浮盖膜防渗隔离系统、刚性防渗隔离系统为核心的防渗隔离技术体系，使公司在污染隔离系统项目执行过程中能够应对复杂的施工环境和项目特殊性需求，有效保障项目质量和工期；（2）公司掌握了封场及生态修复、垂直防渗隔离、原位修复、异位修复等技术体系，使公司实现对固废填埋场或受污染场地的生态环境修复，进而实现土地恢复利用；（3）公司拥有的水平井、膜下井、竖井相结合的立体集气技术能够优化填埋气产气速率和周期、提升集气效果，并通过在气体收集支管设置监测系统对气体浓度进行监测、增加阀门对气体流量进行控制，提高可再生资源利用效率；（4）公司针对填埋场运营过程中普遍存在问题，独创了“四色法”、“五全法”运营管理方法，大幅提升了填埋场管理水平和运营收益。
