Company Introduction 公司前身锋尚有限由沙晓岚、王芳韵、于福申、薛兴华共同出资设立，注册资本为100.00万元，各股东均以货币出资。2002年7月25日，北京方诚会计师事务所有限责任公司出具“方会（F）字[2002]第192号”《验资报告书》，确认上述注册资本均已缴足。2002年7月30日，锋尚有限取得北京市工商行政管理局核发的《企业法人营业执照》。发行人由锋尚有限依法整体变更设立。2015年8月8日，锋尚有限召开股东会，同意锋尚有限以2015年6月30日为基准日整体变更为股份有限公司；同日，锋尚有限全体股东共同签订《北京锋尚世纪文化传媒股份有限公司发起人协议》，约定将锋尚有限经审计的账面净资产67,765,551.09元按1：0.383676折合为股份公司的股本总额，共计2,600.00万股，每股面值1.00元，净资产大于股本部分计入资本公积，各发起人按照其在锋尚有限的出资比例持有相应比例的股份。2015年8月24日，公司召开创立大会暨2015年第一次临时股东大会。2015年9月14日，公司完成工商登记。 公司以创意设计为核心，业务范围涵盖大型文化演艺活动、文化旅游演艺、景观艺术照明及演绎等多个领域的创意、设计及制作服务。
