Company Introduction 捷强有限成立于2005年11月1日，由北京捷强以实用新型专利出资240万元、钟王军以货币出资44.4万元、马雪峰以货币出资6万元、匡小平以货币出资6万元、王辉以货币出资3.6万元共同设立，设立时注册资本300万元。上述出资中，北京捷强用以出资的实用新型专利“一种电源车”经天津丽达有限责任会计师事务所出具的丽达会评字[2005]第115号《北京捷强动力科技发展有限公司资产评估报告书》评估。2005年11月1日，捷强有限取得天津市工商局核发的注册号为1201911501760的《企业法人营业执照》，注册资本为300万元。公司是由捷强有限以2015年6月30日为基准日整体变更设立的股份有限公司。2015年8月12日，捷强有限召开股东会，决议同意捷强有限全体8名股东共同作为发起人，以捷强有限截至2015年6月30日经审计账面净资产6,488,204.60元按照1.3:1的比例折合为股本5,000,000.00元，整体变更设立为股份有限公司。2015年9月15日，公司取得天津市工商局核发的注册号为120191000003088的《营业执照》。发起设立后，公司的注册资本为500万元。 公司主要从事核化生防御装备核心部件的研发、生产和销售。公司目前依托于自主创新的技术研发优势、多年的产品研发设计和生产经验、优秀的团队以及稳定的销售渠道，为军队及军用核化生防御总装企业提供液压动力系统等核化生防御装备核心系统产品以及相关专业的技术服务。公司通过积极参与装备论证、研制和定型，得到系列产品的准入资格，进入定型装备的供应体系，从而不断增加公司在核化生防御领域的产品品类，并拓宽相应产品的销售市场。 公司报告期内批量生产销售的主要产品为应用于各通用型号装备军用核化生洗消车辆的液压动力系统及核化生防御防护装具中某型面具送风器的充电器及电池组。液压动力系统为核化生洗消车辆的核心零部件，主要作用是将车辆发动机输出的动力，通过液压传动系统精准控制驱动车载发电机、车载空压机和高/低压洗消液喷射系统等，同时根据需求提供各种液压动力接口，实现车载发电和喷洒洗消等功能。公司作为主要完成单位研制的某洗消关键技术与装备项目获得2019年度国家科学技术进步二等奖。 公司目前为国内军方新一代核化生洗消车辆装备中液压动力系统的核心供应商，产品向下游总装企业销售，并指导总装企业在对应车型中安装调试，最终的车辆产品依照军方对新一代核化生洗消车辆的装备计划而逐步向各相关部队进行装备。 在国家设立应急管理部的背景下，结合部队提升核化生防御装备水平的战略规划，公司已建立了覆盖核化生防御领域“侦察、防护、洗消”主要环节的研发布局，同时向装备保障、训练、民用化方向发展，将不断丰富公司的主营产品及服务内容，逐步发展成为具有全面能力的核化生防御及应急救援装备供应商。
