| Company Introduction | 始建于上世纪九十年代初的常州盛德无缝钢管有限公司是中港合资企业，专业生产各类碳钢、合金钢、不锈钢无缝钢管。 公司老厂区占地面积60000平方米，建筑面积45000平方米，新厂区占地55000平方米，建筑面积40000平方米，固定资产2.05亿元。 年工业总产值7亿元以上。现有员工488人，工程技术人员76人，其中具有高级职称工程技术人员6人，管理人员80人。全公司设职能部门7个，生产车间6个。 多年来，公司依靠科技进步，不断进行技术改造，优化产品结构，加大科技投入，扩大生产规模，创新制造技术含量高的尖端产品。先后引进和改造了Ф50、Ф60、Ф76、Ф130热轧穿孔机组四台套，LG60S、LG60-H、LG120、LG30-H、LG325等精轧机组17台套；10t、20t、40t、45t、65t、100t链式冷拔机组17台套；液压高精度大口径冷拔管机组150t、250t各1台套；Ф6～Ф219毫米矫直管机组9台套和配套辅助的正火炉、煤气发生炉、连续辊底式加长固溶处理炉和其他辅助设备55台套，形成了碳钢、合金钢、不锈钢无缝钢管三条生产线，年产碳钢、合金钢无缝钢管100000吨，不锈钢无缝钢管6000吨。 其中，碳钢生产组距为外径6mm~159mm，壁厚1mm~25mm，材质包括10号钢、20号钢、35号钢、30CrMo、45号钢、20G、16Mn、37Mn5、36Mn2V、SA334-1、SA334-6等；合金管生产组距为外径12mm~114mm，壁厚1.5mm~25mm，材质包括15CrMoG、12Cr1MoVG、T/P1、T/P2、T/P5、T/P9、T11、T/P12、T19、T/P22、T23、T/P91、T/P92、0Cr13、1Cr13、2Cr13等；不锈钢生产组距为外径6mm~325mm，壁厚1mm~35mm，材质包括304、304L、316、316L、321等。同时公司还生产各类碳钢、合金钢无缝内螺纹管，主要材质包括SA-210A、SA-210C、15CrMoG、T12、T2等。 在开发和扩大产品规模的同时，为满足产品标准和质量要求，在质量检测设备上先后配置了CTS-8006型(Ф16mm～Ф159mm)、CTS-46型(Ф18mm～Ф159mm)、UTD-90R(Ф16mm～Ф133mm)超声波探测仪5台套；EEC-22型(Ф18mm～Ф76mm)、钢研-7型(Ф16mm～Ф133mm)、钢研-6型(Ф16mm～Ф133mm)涡流探测仪5台套；QL-CS2D高速碳硫分析仪、QL-BS3微机三元素分析仪、TC5288型阻尼分析天平、TC328A型分析天平、WF-600、WEW1000D材料力学液压万能试验机、SPECTROTEST直读光谱仪等质量检测设备，公司专门成立了质量检测中心，从而保证了产品质量的提高，赢得了顾客的信任。 公司在2004年领取了全国工业产品“锅炉及压力容器用钢管生产许可证”，2005年10月9日通过了北京国金恒信管理体系认证有限公司（中国冶金工业质量体系认证中心ISO9000-2000质量保证体系认证），并通过了美国石油协会API质量体系认证，同年还领取了国家级特种设备（压力管道元件）不锈钢无缝钢管生产许可证，《输送流体用不锈钢无缝钢管》GB14976-2002、《锅炉、热交换器用不锈钢无缝钢管》GB13296-2007、《高压锅炉用管》GB5310-1995、《石油裂化用无缝钢管》GB9948-2006等标准要求的不锈钢无缝钢管产品型式。 近几年来，公司生产的各类碳钢、合金钢无缝钢管被中石化定为定点生产企业，定点供应商，先后受到国家重点项目扬子石化140万吨/年芳烃改扩建工程“有功单位”，金陵石化授予的“质量信得过单位”，广东茂名石化授予的“优秀供应商”等光荣称号。2008年被江苏省授予“民营科技企业”、“高新科技企业”荣誉称号。我们生产的全系列合金钢管、内螺纹管广泛用于哈尔滨锅炉厂等国内一流电站锅炉制造企业。 我公司通过产品结构调整，淘汰低端产品，发展高端产品，使公司发展上了一个新的台阶。目前我公司产品结构以高等级、高技术含量、高附加值产品为主，各类锅炉用管产品已达到国内领先，不仅广泛应用于国内超临界及超超临界大型发电机组之上，并远销美国、欧盟、日本、韩国等国家和地区。 电站用耐热合金高压锅炉管，产品符合美国、欧洲、日本等多个国际先进标准（公司管理层高度重视新产品的研制开发，近年来在新钢种和技术装备改进方面不断加大资金投入，自2006年6月以来，T91、T5、T22、2Cr13等新钢种产品相继研制成功，并且目前公司正积极投入开发TP347H、HR3C等产品）。 亚临界、超临界、超超临界电站锅炉用小口径内螺纹管的研制和开发处于国内领先地位（成功开发了全系列的内螺纹管、优化内螺纹管，其内螺纹管牌号覆盖碳钢和合金钢，产品用于超临界和超超临界锅炉；管型全面覆盖4头、6头、8头、10头、12头和A型、B型、C型等各种内螺纹管类型。我们的内螺纹管，生产技术成熟，居国内一流水平；内螺纹管的齿型、筋高等各项参数均完全符合国际先进标准的要求。） | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
