Company Introduction 发行人整体变更为股份公司前为普联软件（中国）有限公司，普联软件（中国）有限公司的前身可追溯至“济南高新通软科技有限公司”。济南高新通软科技有限公司成立于2001年9月28日，系由蔺国强、张廷兵和杨华茂共同发起出资设立，设立时注册资本为50万元，其中，蔺国强出资人民币30万元，占注册资本的60%；张廷兵出资人民币10万元，占注册资本的20%；杨华茂出资人民币10万元，占注册资本的20%。2001年9月28日，济南高新通软科技有限公司取得了济南市工商行政管理局核发的注册号为3701002807880的《企业法人营业执照》。2014年7月28日，经普联有限股东会表决通过，普联有限整体变更设立为普联软件股份有限公司，注册资本为人民币6,603.1662万元，法定代表人为王虎。2014年8月25日，普联软件股份有限公司取得了济南市工商行政管理局核发的《营业执照》（注册号为370100400005544），股份公司注册资本6,603.1662万元。 公司主营业务是为大型集团企业提供管理信息化方案及IT综合服务。目前主要面向石油、石化、建筑、地产及银行、保险领域客户，提供管理信息系统的方案设计、软件开发、系统实施及运维服务，提供管理软件产品及售后服务。公司的产品、方案和服务主要聚焦于集团财务管控、集团资金管理、智能化共享服务、大数据应用以及信息系统集成等业务。 公司已拥有的客户群体包括中国石油、中国石化、中国建筑、中国海油等大型央企；万达集团、新希望集团、龙湖集团等行业龙头企业；中国平安、中国人寿、太平洋保险、浦发银行、全国股转公司等金融保险企业。
