Company Introduction 发行人前身漱玉有限设立于1999年1月21日，由李文杰、秦光霞和祥润贸易共同以货币出资设立，设立时注册资本50.00万元。1999年1月19日，山东中衡会计师事务所出具中衡会二验字【1999】第009号《验资报告》，确认截至1999年1月19日，漱玉有限已收到其股东投入的资本合计50.00万元，出资方式均为货币。1999年1月21日，漱玉有限经济南市工商行政管理局批准设立，并办理了《企业法人营业执照》（注册号：3701001800087）。 2015年11月11日，立信会计师出具了信会师报字【2015】第115798号《验资报告》，确认漱玉有限整体变更为漱玉平民大药房连锁股份有限公司（筹）已收到全体股东缴纳的注册资本合计13,000.00万元，出资方式为净资产。2015年11月12日，漱玉平民取得了山东省济南市工商行政管理局核发的统一社会信用代码为91370100705882496U的《营业执照》，注册资本为13,000.00万元。 公司立足于医药流通领域，主营业务为医药零售连锁业务。公司主要经营范围包括中西成药、保健食品、中药饮片、健康器械等产品的经营销售，主要收入来源为直营连锁门店医药产品的销售。同时，公司兼营少量药品批发业务。 公司坚持直营连锁为主的营销模式和区域深耕的稳健扩张策略，利用其丰富的门店拓展经验和精细化运营管理优势实现山东省内市场的合理化布局。截至2020年12月31日，公司营销网络已经覆盖山东省15个地市，合计拥有1,851家直营连锁门店，其中1,583家门店拥有医保定点资格。 随着公司经营规模不断扩大，公司品牌影响力和企业知名度不断提升，由广州中康资讯股份有限公司和《第一药店》报共同主办的历年中国药品零售产业信息发布会，公司排名“2016-2017年中国药品零售企业综合竞争力排行榜”第12位，2017-2018年综合竞争力排名第9位，2018-2019年综合竞争力排名第10位，2019-2020年区域连锁综合竞争力排名第1位；由南方医药经济研究所指导、《21世纪药店》报主办的中国连锁药店百强系列榜单评选，公司排名“2016-2017年度中国连锁药店综合实力百强榜”第12位，2017-2018年综合实力排名第10位，2018-2019年度综合实力排名第8位，2019-2020年度综合实力排名第7位。
